Hi, HASfit. Your exercises are really helping me through quarantine. You're my saviors! I'm doing the 30 Day Muscle Building program and this is the first one I'm having trouble with. I find it nearly impossible to squat all the way down without lifting my heels off the ground. Struggling with this causes me to lose balance and squat with improper form so I end up straining my lower back much more than my legs while also tiring myself out to the point where I can't continue the exercise anymore.
Any advice?

this was probably one of the most killer leg workouts I’ve done! I wasn’t particularly motivated to work out this morning but I forced myself to do this and I was dripping with sweat and my legs were vibrating halfway through the workout!! It took some serious mental strength to get through the rest. will definitely be doing your workouts more often!!!!!!!!
I’ve been doing Hasfit since 2013. I’m 55 and still doing it. No better feel-good hormone than post-Hasfit hormone!!
I really like that there's an intro in the beginning previewing what to expect! It helped me prepare before-hand instead of scrambling to grab a step and weighted plates last second. Also, that last home stretch of tabata burn out was killer! Thanks again guys!

I'm currently doing the 30 day muscle building program and on week 1 day 2 I barely made it 2/3 of the way through this video before I had to quit. Now I'm on week 3 day 2 and was able to make it through this entire workout and, while my legs are extremely shaky, I can still walk! Thank you so much for your incredible workouts and programs!
Edit: I should also say that I was able to increase the weights significantly this time from the first time I tried this video.

This was INTENSE. As someone is who trying to maintain strength and muscle tone, I appreciate the pace and clear overview of exercises. Your tempo is one that I can follow as a more mature woman. I’m no athlete, but I can retain strength working out with you two. I never feel defeated because Coach gives great encouragement!!!
I really thought of quitting midway but coach's words kept me determined ("you're machine", " don't forget what brought you here")

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
Hasfit is the best so far! I was a very physically nonflexible individual and had a hard time with some of the workout videos but hasfit has very beginner-friendly videos to build up to the high-intensity workouts. Now I am able to do what I could not do before. Thank you Coach Cozak and Claudia!!!!
I have gotten so much stronger thanks to both of you. And given that I have arthritic problems, that's a huge compliment to hasfit. Your instructions are spot on. Please don't stop making videos! We depend on you!!!!

You liked the pace? They only give 20-30 seconds to recover. I need at least 5 minutes rest to get my heart rate back to normal. I always get winded when doing legs.

One of the toughest home leg workouts I’ve done - especially if you stick with the same relatively heavy weight throughout. Video quality and trainers excellent too!

A friend recommended this workout. I knew half way through that I would regret it. Well, fast forward to that last bathroom break before my hour commute home and my thighs gave out during the “public restroom” squat. I nearly pulled the toilet tissue container from the wall trying to catch myself before my butt hit that toilet. But after 2 days rest I’m willing to try it again.
I actually enjoyed this leg workout !! Good job and it kept me engaged 😄

I found this video and so glad I did. I never thought I can work on my legs at home, boy was I mistaken. This is the next day after my workout and I am so sore, I mean I have pain in places where I have never felt pain before. My inner thighs are on fire. I love your videos and will keep on using them. What size weight do you use? I'm a beginner and have no idea what to start with haha
It all depends, I am not a beginner but I use 10lbs to 45lbs. But if you are new to weights I would go really light because it is all about form. Good luck.

How do I know I’m making progress? I did a workout by one of my fav coach on RUclips (before finding you guys), and I didn’t feel like I wanted to faint like I use to (love intense workout). Very encouraging. This meant I’ve grown stronger with your workouts. So today after her workout, I did this leg workout and feel awesome!!!!! You guys are worth every cent! I tried a couple of your full-body HIIT routines and, as you now from my comments, I loved them. Now I am following the Motive workout plan and I just did this workout. Wow! great combination of approaches and exercises to completely work all of each muscle.
