    FINALLY!! I love tabata because I get bored soooo easily, but this, THIS is the PERFECT combo! strength, hiit, tabata, all in one and you don't get bored! More like this, please!

    Most brutal one yet for me. I had to modify the modified versions. Coach is a beast for having done all those with a ton of weight AND talking the whole time! Kudos to you both.

    Way to push it, coach. I turned 61 this month and my neighbor was shocked, yesterday when I told her. She thought I was in my 40s. Thanks to you both for helping me fight the aging trap!!! Feeling fit and strong! Intermittent fasting has helped as well.

    I Try To Walk 6 Days A Week For At Least 30 Minutes When Its Nice And Cool Out Side Love These Videos I Just Started These Controlled Weight Lifting Videos This Tuesday And Even Though I'm Just 30 Years Old I Still Have A Hard Time With These Controlled Weight Lifting Videos But Sometimes I Have To Hit The Pause Button To Get Me Drink Because If I Get Over Heated I Pass Out Sometimes But I'm Doing My Best To Stick With It💛👍

      I think they dont do cuts or edit their videos like other workout out channel. So is understandable if they get tired since the weight he is using probably 5kg for a dumbbell.

    This was tough, and really different kind of workout. I love your combos of tabata + weights, super good challenge! I've been using your workouts for about 4 months now, and I'm definitely gaining muscle! Love it!

    Did this as part of the warrior program, used 6kg dumbbell more or less throughout ( except for 3 of the hold up squat thingies) a tough but well worth it!

    I love this workout it's a good place to start if you are like me going through a period of low motivation it got everything in one place warm up workout and cool down and I find the 30 min videos very effective to log in your workout of the day without stress, also the variations keeps you guessing and your body doesn't get to adapt so it's just the right balance between challenge and doable to keep you going, thank you so much!!!

    This workout is perfect for those days when you are not in a mood for cardio but still want to up your heart beats.. this not only works on your muscles but also your gets your heart beat up

    Awesome workout HasFit!!! If you are ever interested in shortening the workout and receiving more results (25+% more calories burned, 10%+ higher avg hear rate and up to 50% more muscle activation of the glutes and legs) all you have ot do is add WearBands...available on GLOW by Popsugar.
