I never really comment but I really wanted to comment today and say thank you for these amazing workouts I discovered hasfit when quarantine started and now I’m down 35 pounds! I finally have the body I have always wanted and I couldn’t have done it without you guys! I had literally spent years trying to lose weight and tried many different workouts and none had been as effective as these! Thank you so much for making my fitness goals a reality!
I am down from 360 to 174. I love your workouts. I can be at the gym on the elliptical for 45 minutes straight and sweat way less than doing this workout. Thank you guys for being inspiring and giving us great workouts. You guys have helped me transform my body in a way I hadnt thought possible.

2nd time doing this workout - SMASHED IT!! I had a sluggish day today - over ate 😞 - I wasn't going to workout today but thank you God for kicking my butt up and making me do this workout. I just completed this workout without a pause and dear lord I'm sweating like a pig - this was my first workout and eventhough my intensity wasn't as high I still gave my best shot! amazing workout and great motivation !!!

Totally out of Rocky ;) Also a question - I have been using varying sizes of water bottles for weights (each 2 litres - what is that 2 kgs each?). But with my birthday coming up was thinking of asking for some dumbbells - any advice on the type, size? Thanks James
