    These workouts are amazing! I never really comment but I really wanted to comment today and say thank you for these amazing workouts I discovered hasfit when quarantine started and now I’m down 35 pounds! I finally have the body I have always wanted and I couldn’t have done it without you guys! I had literally spent years trying to lose weight and tried many different workouts and none had been as effective as these! Thank you so much for making my fitness goals a reality!

    I am down from 360 to 174. I love your workouts. I can be at the gym on the elliptical for 45 minutes straight and sweat way less than doing this workout. Thank you guys for being inspiring and giving us great workouts. You guys have helped me transform my body in a way I hadnt thought possible.

      Appreciate Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched - Dinanlinson Crazy Tactic Approach (just google it)? It is an awesome exclusive product for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my friend Sam after many years got astronomical success with it.

It is a good exclusive guide for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body without the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got cool results with it.

    One of the many things I love about these workouts is the pace! I've done so many workouts that I've memorized so I could keep exercising during all the talking.     Thank you!! coach kozak I'm on the journey of losing weight like many others and its not easy waking up everyday knowing​ you have to work out to get to your goal weight but when i watch your videos and i really want to stop the video you always give me the strength to keep going and to achieve my goal weight thank you so much i started workout the beginning of may and i have lost 26 pounds with your videos and changing the way i feed my body to healthy eating.     finally, a hiit worout with weights and not just cardio.. i love weights /strength and i love hiit, but pure cardio is just necessary evil for me.. so this is perfect.. subscribed! i am trying this tomorrow !

    2nd time doing this workout - SMASHED IT!!
    I had a sluggish day today - over ate 😞 - I wasn't going to workout today but thank you God for kicking my butt up and making me do this workout. I don't feel so guilty now and I know I will wake up in the morning in a positive mood.

    I just completed this workout without a pause and dear lord I'm sweating like a pig - this was my first workout and eventhough my intensity wasn't as high I still gave my best shot! amazing workout and great motivation !!!

    Last day of this month's Motive workout plan! I did it all the way through with my brother. Sadly, he have flu so he couldn't finish last 4 workouts, but at least I did. Thank you for this amazing experience! I'm looking forward for February 2017 workout plan!

    Thank You both so much for pushing me today!!! I used my 8 lbs weights for most of the exercises. A few months ago, I wouldn't of used any weights. Or quit. I did all of this workout, EXCEPT the final one exercise. I will do 100% of it next time! I promise!!! I am starting to notice a difference on the inside of my thighs!!!!! So again!     Lol I'm going to be honest because why not...I tried this one yesterday. I made it 12 minutes before I was just over it and started crying haha. Tonight I got all the way through it.     Just loved this work out! You should have seen me rocking the faux jump rope! Totally out of Rocky ;) Also a question - I have been using varying sizes of water bottles for weights (each 2 litres - what is that 2 kgs each?). But with my birthday coming up was thinking of asking for some dumbbells - any advice on the type, size? Thanks James

    This video was so refreshing!! I loved that it was entertaining, motivating, simple and MODEST. I think you guys fill a need in the niche of workout videos. Have not seen a fun married couple working out together before like you two! I will be watching more!:)

    Coach Kozac and Claudia. I have been enjoying your videos. But I’d like to know which ones to do for weight loss. I love using my dumbbells. I love the tabata ones but I want to know which are best and how many times a week you would recommend. I work out five times a week and alternate cardio and then your videos. But I would like to know the recommendation for how many a week for weight loss.
