    This is a good lesson in patience for me. The point of the exercise is slowwwww, and meaningful movements and I'm clicking my fingers going nextnextnext. That is typically where the workouts lose me, I want a fast pace and excitement, but I need to learn mindfulness and not everything will give me that rush. This was good, this one is one I will revisit.

      Fabulous to keep learning … we evolve as our bodies evolve… slow doesn’t mean you’re not working or not challenging yourself… it is about that mind and body connection… using your breathe… great work 💯❤️
      It also doesn’t mean that fast and sweaty isn’t beneficial… I love to challenge my body in different ways, life is all about balance ⚖️x

    This was a very yummy workout, i should have done this before the HIIT day 1 😮 so I've had a super duper wake up call this Mondays morning. As always thank you for keeping it fresh and interesting ❤😊
