I got to be honest. The wigs never made sense to me. If you are covering your hair for modesty reasons and keeping that part of yourself only for your husbands eyes, then what is the point of wearing a wig so realistic that you won’t be able to tell it’s not your own? I mean, do they consider the hair provocative or not? I know some will say it’s because it’s not her ACTUAL hair and that makes all the difference but it feels like some kinda legalistic loop-holy nonsense that misses the point entirely. Edit: I know the head covering is also for other reasons including symbolizing being married kinda like a wedding ring but the modesty element is always mentioned too, so wearing the wig feels like trying to have your cake and eat it too
Yes. I am a Jewish married woman and to me this doesn't make any sense and makes me angry. Girls that don't cover their hair when married get so much pressure and critics but to the argument that a wig is also real hair and why would you cover your hair with it, nobody knows a response 🤨 such a loop hole
theres a lot of loopholes jews use when practicing their faith. Like during passover there are certain things that are prohibited and jews should not possess during the holiday. They don't want to just throw it out and have to buy them again after passover so they "sell" (its more like a hold, but selling is the loophole) the items to a non-jew and buy it back after passover.
Maybe it's about her own hair being holy for her and her husband and not about hair in general being seen as provocative (which sorry religious ppl but is biologically ridiculous)
The wig though, if it can be confused for your hair.....completely defeats the whole reason of having your HAIR covered. I wear head coverings myself, but it doesn't matter if my hair is showing. But this is a little hypocritical when the point is to cover your hair. Plus, the dress is way too tight to be modest. But at least you are trying! God bless you! I am a Christian, but we are cousins (?) through God. Yahweh bless you and your family!
Being tsinuah is more than just covering the hair: to be modest in speach, actions and thoughts. Also to cover the body (long sleeves up till the wrists and loose clothing, not so tight that everyone can see the shapes of the body, skirt long enough to cover the legs completely). Also not wearing any wig is important.

Actually, in Judaism, they do! A woman wearing a head covering after she’s married isn’t very common anymore and it isn’t something she HAS to do. It’s a choice. For the men, there’s something called a Kippah which is essentially a brimless hat/cap. They are far more common especially in orthodox men. When in a Jewish place of worship, most men wear them, while women do not. When approaching the Torah, Jewish people ALL must wear head and shoulder coverings. Women are aloud to wear a Kippah and often do. The important thing is it’s a choice. But to answer your comment (which wasn’t a question but I’ll still answer it), Jewish men DO wear something equal, in fact they wear head coverings more often than women, and as long as you aren’t going near something sacred, it is ALWAYS a choice. Sorry this was so long and I hope this helps! Have a nice day!

THIS IS ALL WRONG!!!! First Corinthians 11:3-5, The Apostle Paul is talking about a wife who prays or prophesies. Paul makes a very clear directive that women are not to lead or speak in the services of the church (Read 1 Corinthians 14:34; 1 Timothy 2:12), but they may pray and proclaim the truth to unbelievers, as well as teaching children and other women (Read First Timothy 5:16; Titus 2:3-4 & Acts 21:9). Wherever and whenever women do pray and proclaim the word appropriately, they must do so maintaining a proper distinction from men. uncovered. In the culture of Corinth, a woman’s covered head while ministering or worshiping was a symbol to signify a subordinate relationship to her husband. The apostle Paul is not laying down an ABSOLUTE LAW for women to wear veils or coverings in all churches for all time, but is declaring that the symbols of the divinely established male and female roles are to be genuinely HONORED IN EVERY CULTURE. As in the case of meat offered to idols (First Corinthians chapters 8-9), THERE IS NOTHING SPIRITUAL ABOUT WEARING OR NOT WEARING A COVERING. But manifesting rebellion against God’s order was wrong. “Dishonors her head”, meaning that her “Head” may refer to her own self being disgraced by refusing to conform to recognized symbols of submission, or to her husband, who is disgraced by her behavior. THIS IS NO LONGER A REQUIREMENT AS IT WAS FOR THE NATION OF ISRAEL ONLY 🇮🇱 and although some women, not all still wear a covering, IT IS NOT MANDATORY, but it is a personal choice and today’s Christians (women in particular) are NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR A HEAD COVERING UNLESS THEY CHOOSE TO DO SO.

I’m being honest, I live according to the Bible every day and it’s ridiculous. A woman covering her head you think that that’s what God wants?? That was for the tribe of Israel back then not now things have progressed and changed. It didn’t say cover your head for eternity. It was just for the Israelites all that time ! 😞
U cover your head with clothing because u have never read nor understand the simplicity of the word of god A womans covering is her HAIR SMH 1 CORINTHIANS 11 It is for this reason that a woman ought to have authority over her own[c] head, because of the angels. 11 Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. 12 For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God. 13 Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered? 14 Does not the very nature of things teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace to him, 15 but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering. 16 If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice-nor do the churches of God.

She's covering up her hair, But not covering up the way her body looks. Which I think she looks beautiful . I didn't know she was allowed to wear clothes that's Snug fitting
So.....her hair wasn't holy before? It wasn't sexy before she gets married? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
What I find wrong Jewish or Muslim alike that this is only for women, whereas men wear the liberal Western style
So they shave their head to wear a wig of fake and,and to cover the bald head with fake hair wig with a scarf👌👍🤔
I hate music. But if a muslim did it; then oppression, right?
Power of sexuality ? What you mean
Typical tasteless jewish humour at the end of the video.
Love the Jewish head coverings on the ladies.
Haiderabad tO trunk m thha and marks maire dupatte m hnn.

Siete Bellissimi. Un Abbraccio Forte 🫂💐🐺
I love the wig thing it’s cool that you can fit into every style you want that includes hairstyles too and be covered at the same time
Okay. Cover hair but wear tight short dress
Well as long as you aren't worshipping false storm gods like yahweh
Not a false God
Does france make jewish people remove the scarf??
Hmmm, but why don't men have to do this?
why the wig though? she could just cover the whole thing.
Wear a hat that say mack trucks..that'll be cool...
So it mean she is forced to do it very sad.
Alhamdulillah
When you wear the scarf , you also wear the wig? Greetings from Portugal
Not usually.
she’s probably wearing the wig for the video and the scarf generally - i think she can change between both - for convenience - wigs still cover her real hair which is reserved for her and her husband like modesty
usually the wigs aren’t that realistic to make it obvious it’s wig - and many jewish women will wear the wig and like a small scarf or hat i’ve the top
not usually but i think she just wore the wig for the vid to not show her hair
not usually
What if u get divorced
The words of God said the long hair of the woman is her covering.
Same with Orthodox Christian woman. Orthodox = doing it right.
The power of her sexuality
Judaism has left the moral building.

Nope that’s just the Torah!
May Hashem (I’m Jewish) bless you
No they’re Jewish
@@margaritaclenow9671May Hashem bless you too!
U cover your head with clothing because u have never read nor understand the simplicity of the word of god
A womans covering is her HAIR
SMH
1 CORINTHIANS 11
It is for this reason that a woman ought to have authority over her own[c] head, because of the angels.
11 Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. 12 For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God.
13 Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered?
14 Does not the very nature of things teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace to him,
15 but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering.
16 If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice-nor do the churches of God.
Wierdos
😂😂😂😂😂😂 very funny ...thank you for your great jobs ..❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
In Islam, covering one’s hair is not an obligation and is not mentioned in the Quran, but the Arabs made it an obligation on their women for cultural reasons.
Dope interview
