    "I love Jewish homes!"
When I was high school, I babysat for 2 lovely little boys in an orthodox Jewish family.
I remember some of these details from that time. Unfortunately, at the time, I was unaware of the meat/milk dish use and inadvertently used the wrong dish when my mom brought an ice cream sundae over for me. The original container was split and was leaking so I took a bowl out of the cabinet in which to set the container.
When I finished I washed the bowl and set it in the drainer to dry.
The next time I babysat, the mother had set out dishes and utensils I could use and asked that I use them. Very low key but when I found out the reason, I felt terrible.
I really enjoyed my time with those boys and was glad she kept calling for me!

I'm the only one that comes from a different degree and all I could think about was that I was not enough to be there and that I was so lost and lonely. Then, when I played the rest of the video, the first thing I hear is "You are loved and you are enough just the way you are". Just after saying that to my friend... And that you pass the traditions AND heart to your children, and then THEY also develop a love for Him.
I am a Christian but absolutely believe that many of the foundations of Christianity come from Jewish roots. I believe that if each person in a family, or even a church or synagogue is close to God and scripture, they will then be close to each other, too. I LOVE JEWISH HOMES. Thank you so very much for this gracious and interesting tour of your home and an insight in to your Jewish Orthodox life and culture. I think it is beautiful that your family knows and feels connections all the way back to the Old Testament days through the commandments and the items used such as the shawls, prayer books, candlesticks, etc. I want to say as a new viewer that your final comments to people about being loved and essential made me so happy. I believe that kindness and love are vital for each and every person and it is something I also try to convey to anyone I meet. The world needs more of that. Hello from Australia!.

I love Jewish homes! I am a Christian, my line manager at work is Jewish and she is the loveliest, most professional person. I have worked with/for her for 15 years and admire her tremendously. During this time she has been a mystery to me, because she is an extremely private person. Your videos are fascinating and informative and also helping me to understand and love this special woman even more. I think my colleague is probably your alter ego here in North London. Living proof of the sustaining power of your faith.

I'm so happy I found you. I'm a Reform Jewish convert, and I love your dedication and learning about how Orthodox homes are, especially Sephardic. Thank you!
