I had an original 1962 mint condition AC30 combo , best sounding Vox i ever had. I wish I wouldn't have traded it to my guitar teacher now. I got a 70 hiwatt 100 watt head another incredible amp.
Part of the sound is the the treble booster low impedance loadings effect on the guitar pickup . Which on full guitar volume is looks more like 1Khz boost instead of the 3khz. Unfortunately you can't mimic this loading effect with kemper (kemper sees a 3Khz treble boost instead of 1Khz).

And part of the sound of the treble booster is its low impedance (20 to 100Kohm) and the loading effect on the pickups. So if you plug the RS in the kemper, which high Impedance, you don't get is this loading fx and the sound when guitar volume on 10 is much brighter than it would be with a low input impedance.

AFD tone has a lot to do with the cab wich is a G12T75 cab. Having done a matched eq snapshot of welcome to the jungle and my rig, the 2,6Khz peak is typicall of this guitar speaker.
The only thing that makes people notice that amp is one thing its got brian mays signature on it. I know 100s of die hard fans who use other vox Ac30s that sound just as good if not better.your a good player but.i dont think your tone is identical to brians . All so what TB are you using
Not to put you down Your sound is very close And your a very talented guitarist Pete Malandrone Has been Brian’s guitar tech for 20 some years Pete said in a recent interview that a close friend of Brian showed up before a concert and was eye balling Brian’s rig. Interesting. I’ve never been able to get a good sound using a G12T75.

Do you do ANY DI profiles? I dont record much, play out live quite a bit.
All of our profiles done in the last 4 years or so include merged profiles, which have a direct output.

About signal chain is it SPDIF or through your audio interface A/D converters?
