      I tuned my e to a b and use tap for the last two chords its not great but its the best us 4-strings can do

      And an other tip if u dont have that pedal he has like me, a wah pedal also works

      @@flanterdinkel6915 I just use e standard to tap the first three chords then I just play the Fm11 and Ebm11 normally if I’m on 4 string

    I actually got a 5 string bass, and if you add a 5th to the first 3 chords, instead of the eighth/octave note, you can get more low end and the chord can sound a lot better

    if you rotate your fingering diagrams 180 degrees they will be much easier to read

    Great lesson, thanks. Your fretboard diagrams are upside down though! The lowest string should be at the bottom because it's the lowest pitch, and that's also how you see your own fretboard when you look down at the neck.

    I tried this on my 4 string and tried learning it by ear, I thought he just used power chords and played F#, G, G#, and F then played single notes Ab and A# staccato like. but I guess I'm wrong haha

    just picked up a nice 4 string mexican made fender prec/jazz mix (mike dirnt first edt).... fucking thrust rodes bent ... nexks bent.....hating my life rightnow... dude wont refund my money.ordered online... hate my life right now
