I wouldn’t say they’re underrated. I think they’re sick and well recognised cars for the money. So much potential and people hate getting beaten by them.
Did anyone ever see the LLf vid of the 208 gti think it was 300plus only thing that left it was a porsche turbo I'm sure.. So think the ford would lose against RS5 but would be good too see.

Just bought 2015 fiesta st w a stage 3 and it’s scary fast. I have a 350z turbo pushing 400 and the fiesta feels way faster. Love it! Might even get rid of my z!

I've driven a handful of "fast" cars and idk, the fiesta pulls from 0-60 and out of corners unlike any other car i've driven. it's just so much fun. "You get to the speed limit so fast" is 100% a great description of this car. It blows my mind how fast I can get up to speed and how much pull it still has left.
I'm not really into pops and bangs but i do like the sound of that Fiesta. Like you said I too don't like the boy racer attention. It is a good balance

I wish I was over in the UK, over here in the states I have all the same mods as you minus the turbo and I’m hitting maybe 225 bhp, and that’s strictly because most tunes for us are thru the Cobb accessport, which is cool but defiantly know my car can get a little more power on stock turbo 😭 you don’t even have meth injection and your making good power, can’t wait for my fiesta to be 300bhp or even better 300wheelhp, gotta fine the right tuner and everything first 😒
I have a 340bhp st and it’s still is so fun to throw into island I understand what you mean about the rear end slip and it will take 140i and s3’s not to far off a rs3 it will keep a jb4 modified golf R
My friend has a stage3 Fiesta ST making just over 300hp. He also has a Lamborghini Huracan Evo. He chooses to drive the Fiesta over the Huracan most days when he wants to go carve up some B roads. He says it’s a much funner car to drive than the Lambo.

300bhp nice :) ive got a focus mk2 1.6 tdci... currently on hybrid GT2256v turbo, bmw 330d injectors and airtec ST225 intercooler, @ 172bhp. Currently only at 172 because stock gearbox shit itself on dyno for stage 2 power run :) But now have a 6 speed on it, just need to get it back on dyno and finish off the remapping process :) Should hit around 200bhp when all done :) not bad for a 1.6 diesel, peugeot engine haha

Sometimes you can’t beat the enjoyment of a quick fwd weapon! Next step should definately be a diff and brakes if you’re planning to track it! It’ll make it so much more capable!
Refreshing to see someone go against the loud and shouty Ford scene 👍 My advice is to pop in front and rear strut braces and a quaife diff. The strut braces will give sharper steering feel and reletively cheap. Once you stamp on the power with a Quaife diff, you'll wander what you been doing. It's an experience, you can feel it sorting the power out, and it's a feeling like nothing else when you shotgun it out of a bend.

Need to find yourself some roads that police don't patrol then matey. Several of them near me due to the NW500, car tourism and back roads which are old main roads before all the bypasses and straighter roads. Unless you live in some built up area

FINALLY an st without obnoxious pops and bangs, I hate the pop and bang map trend, I much prefer to hear the actual engine/exhaust note, I like subtle crackles and grumbles but gunshots and explosions are just stupid
just picked up my st180 from devil developments after going from stock to full stage 3 hybrid turbo and it made 315bhp, well happy with the conversion its such a blast to drive, can't speak highly enough about DD they done a great job . next mods will have to be a brake upgrade that fits inside 16" wheels and a LSD is going to be a must have. edit too add proud member of the no pops and bangs club here lol

21.7mpg in a 300+bhp small car like that isn't too bad i don't reckon! I had a 220bhp A class Merc that struggled to do 25mpg when i was in comfort mode and it was a 2017 when i had that mapped up to 300 odd bhp it struggled to do 20mpg so i feel your pain hahahaha
Dunno if anyone has said this but just clicking the ESC button "sport mode" doesn't do a great deal. If you hold it down past the sport pop up on screen it will disable more of the ESC over the standard "sport mode".

The Fiesta ST is great fun to drive, tested a GTI, Focus ST and went with the Fiesta ST all day long.
