Yeah when i recently rewatched the first avatar and now the avatar 2 in the cinema i was so much fucking rooting for the humans. they are triple based, destroying foreign world, killing their natives and extracting recources. absolutely badass.
@@typie34 if you ask me the humans were being particularly nice compared to how humans have treated other humans land historically. attempts at diplomacy before war? no outright genocide and forced removal until after the conflict escalated? ,hell in the sequel they don't even kill any civilians when they are scorching villages for information. compared to how humans have conquered others and have literally burned entire cities to the ground and salted the earth and erased any knowledge of the culture in their own tribal days i would say humans in the movie aren't really so bad.

It's a good scene. It shows that Jake is willing to fight unscrupulous aggressors to protect/avenge their victims when everyone else would look the other way, despite being physically disadvantaged. It's foretelling of what he does later.
