Merry Christmas Kevin. I was sad that the video ended, it felt like our visit was way too short. As always, thank you for a fabulous presentation and a fabulous escape.
Kevin, you have been a true friend and an inspiration in my kitchen. All of your recipes are simple, clean, lovely and delicious, and also quite easy to make because you explain everything in such a simple manner but with CLASS. Then, when you light the fire, and pour the wine, it feels like I am in an old New England country home such as yours. You make life so beautiful, yet so easily attained by anyone. God bless you and Mr. Fox, and your happy fur babies, and your wonderful home. May you have continued health, prosperity and happiness in your life, as you have inspired and fostered that same happiness in ours. Happy New Year to you and yours.
In one of your videos that I've seen recently you made mention of your first RUclips video, the marmalade cake. So, of course I had to watch it. The first one I found wasn't actually the video mentioned but as I continued to scroll through your vast library, I was thoroughly impressed with the varied content and then, there it was, dated 6yrs ago. Merry Christmas Kevin and Mr. Fox! Your bread, granola and tartine look wonderful. That tartine had such a crunch to it. The homemade granola must be so delicious.
I made the chicken tartine for lunch the other day and we all enjoyed it immensely! Then yesterday, we had a meal out. I had some leftover crab from that, so I made some crab salad with the leftover crabmeat mixed with mayo, lemon juice, celery, shallot, cilantro, dill, salt & pepper, cayenne. I prepared the slice of sourdough as you did for the tartine, then piled on the crab salad, topped with grated monterey jack and baked till the cheese was bubbly. Very tasty! Merry Christmas and Thank you for the recipe and all your wonderful videos!
Zhank you, Kevin, for having us and for your lovely recipes. The snow has melted over night. We're having strong, very warm winds rattling the trees and taking away our alpine world's Christmas attire. We're stillgoing to live our old traditions and celebrate with family and friends. My parents bought one of the first pressure cookers when they came out. Our cook put it on with a green vegetable like kale. I must have been 2. Suddenly the lid blew off and all this green vegetable 🥬 was hanging from the high ceiling. I don’t think it got used again. Your lunch looked delicious.
One of the most relaxing activities on earth is kneading dough until it becomes a beautiful, glossy elastic ball. Thank you for a wonderful addition to my recipe stash. I learned a long time ago, measuring by weight is the way to go. Happy Christmas wishes for you and Mr. Fox and the pup!
The bread looked amazing . Today we had a lunch planned with my sister and her busband. My husband made French bread from the Red Star Yeast recipes. He/we make most of our bread from scratch and let me tell you, we believe that was the best bread he has ever made.! Was it the recipe, l think so. You may want to try it out. What a smashing person and cook you are, Kevin. I don't usually make my own chicken stock. I don't currently own a pressure cooker [which these days is quite a different animal from the one my mother owned back in the 1950's and 60's!]. Your Beer Bread looks super easy to make, thanks to your fullest instructions. The Chicken Tartine open sandwiches looks seriously delicious too so that's another for me to try. I've never tried Granola. The closest I got was the Neil Diamond song "Crunchy Granola Sweet", which you are farrr too young to remember!! Here in the U.K. we have something called Musellie which I always found was far too chewy for my taste. Your homemade recipe, once again, looks really easy and definitely far more tempting. A lovely video, Kevin. Great tartine recipe. I'm glad to learn how to make that granola, too. And also cooking the chicken in the instant pot for making tartines and chicken stock. I'm one of those who would definitely use the homemade stock in my cooking! Thanks for the recipes, Kevin, and I wish you and Mr. Fox and Avery a wonderful New Year!
A man after my own heart! I love homemade granola and yes there's usually too much sugar and too much salt nearly everything purchased from the store that's processed for convenience. I am planning to give granola as gifts as well as freezer meals for Christmas this year, along with other baked breakfast foods. I truly appreciate the granola recipe! Thank you! 🎄🌟 .

Kevin, I just stumbled upon your You Tube video and went back to find more. I can't stop watching them (still discovering more of them)! I'm going to try some of your recipes (made my mouth water). Happy New Year to you and Mr. Fox (if I missed it, it would be great to see Mr. Fox. But I get it, not everyone would like to be on You Tube.). Love, from Canada!
My exercise consists of daily walks and 30 minutes of stretches. I steer clear of fad diets and miracle protein drinks. I couldn't agree with you more about eating what you want within reason. Oatmeal with peanut butter, banana and a drizzle of honey is my daily breakfast. I usually have some greek yogurt with blueberries on the side. There are ways to have your cake and eat it to. I think the key is staying away from as many processed foods as possible. I always look forward to your videos because I know I will experience something wonderful and inspiring.

Thank you Kevin, you are SIMPLY AMAZING! So glad I found you!! 💗
Kevin I was gifted an Instapot last Christmas & was a tad nervous to use it ! I finally got the hand of it & never looked back ! I use it quite a bit & now my hubby is into it ! Chicken is great in it & the stock is wonderful to have on hand! So healthy! Love your video's Kevin & so look forward to them ! Wishing You the Merriest of Christmas & also Mr Fox!
Thank you. Stay safe on the road. God bless you
You are such a sweet man. I ❤️ spending time with you. Happy holidays ☃️

Merry Christmas Kevin! Chicken Tartin with homemade bread, yum! 🎄🎄🎄❤️
Wonderful recipes!!! So attainable. Your videos make cooking less intimidating. Wishing you and Mr. Fox a Happy Holidays!
OMG--That is what my 9th grader likes: Chicken smothered with the same brand and flavor of your Bar B Que sause 15:54
Thank you, thank you Kevin. New fantastic ideas made simple in a very soothing way so we know: we got this.
The grams and Celsius are a part of that, thank you for taking on that challenge so it makes the lives overseas way easier.
Loving each and every recipe and always looking forward to the new one and more info. You did what not many do: think what you’d like and want to know when watching and making a recipe.
🎄I wish you a lovely, warm and tasty Christmas with Mr Fox and everyone you love. 🎄🎅🌷
AND also and most all: very elegantly… sorry.
Love Your content! Merry Christmas!
Hi Kevin, I absolutely love your videos and can’t wait for the newest one! Thank you so much for your informative and personal tutorials…you are very inspiring! Can you please think about what to serve to our dear friends, who are foodies, for a fabulous dinner? They love beef and potatoes and I feel like I have done all the basics already! I love to prepare things ahead of time, which you also apparently also appreciate. Thank you again, and wishes for a wonderful 2023!
From Southern California,
Paula
Merry Christmas! I love your videos and your gracious way of life!
Your videos bring such joy, Kevin (along with great recipes and tips)! Thank you! ❤
Thank you! 🎄🌟 .
Merry Christmas Kevin and Happy Holidays to you and Mr. Fox! Absolutely LOVE your channel and can’t wait to follow along with all your new adventures and recipes in 2023! We LOVE your day in the videos most of all and your sweet dog Avery! You are an inspiration to my husband and I. Cheers! 🥂
Thank you so much to convert the cups into grams 😊🇨🇵
Beautiful ambience with your delicious chicken and bread!
Kevin, you have always been the best cooking channel I ever encountered 2 weeks ago. Thank you so much for your perfectionist channel. You are so patient with us your viewers for taking your time to slowly demonstrate your expertise. HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023 Kevin. 🙏🏽🙏🏽👏🏽🎉
What a delicious menu. YOU! presented it all so well and I must say encouraged me to 'just do it! ' I did. The whole menu was great. Delicious. Love you, Kevin. 😊
I'm smiling and giggling as i watch your wonderful videos! What a joy! Merry Christmastime to you!
Happy Holidays! Merry Christmas 🎄
The granola looks amazing!! Have a very, very HAPPY NEW YEAR’S EVE and a glorious 2023! I will sure be watching your super cooking videos throughout 2023. Thank you so much for your recipes, your suave voice and your elegance.
Kevin, I just stumbled upon your You Tube video and went back to find more. I can't stop watching them (still discovering more of them)! I'm going to try some of your recipes (made my mouth water). I also think you have a kind heart. I watched with happy tears as you nursed that little kitten that you found in your yard.
So crunchy and delicious
Have a Merry and Delicious Christmas. Stay warm and cozy. I've been watching the storm warnings back east so please stay safe as well. Cheers, Sharen
Hello Kevin, hope you can see over the snow over Christmas. Watching over you from Nz, across the oceans.
Best Wishes to you both and many happy hours in the kitchen. You have an honest channel. 🌺❤️🌺👍
Merry Christmas for you and Mr Fox. Thank you for all your videos this 2022 to us, I am looking forward to be inspired by you in 2023. Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷
Merry Christmas from Adelaide, South Australia! We are looking forward to a hot Christmas Summer day and will enjoy turkey, ham, prawns, salads and pavlova with cream and berries. Then we will walk down to the beach and have a dip before returning home for more swims in our pool and good things to eat and drink. I hope that you enjoy a beautiful Festive Season and thank you for your wonderful and uplifting video content.
Thank You.🎄🎄🎁🎁
Whenever I see a new video I grab a cuppa and relax, your presentation is always so calming. I love the beer bread and can't wait to try it! All the very best for the coming New Year.
What a wonderful video! Your warmth & sincerity beams through your videos. Happy holidays, so glad to have found you on RUclips!
I enjoy your videos. You are very calm. You remind me of Mr. Rogers!!
I like easy in the insta pot. I have never cooked a whole chicken in the insta pot good experiment. Homemade Granola is so much better than store bought and an added bonus is it's fun to make. May you and Mr Fox have a lovely Christmas.
Hope you and family had a wonderful Christmas, Kevin. I enjoy your videos immensely. I hate to see them end! Happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!
You have also inspired me to cook again, thank you so much, I really appreciate all that you bring to us. Merry Christmas🎄🙏❤️
I sure enjoy your programs. I enjoy the recipe education but I also have a friend to see daily. Merry Christmas & God Bless.🎄🥂🙏🏻
Such a lovely time spent watching and learning your recipes!!! You are truly terrific!! Happy holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !!
Hi Kevin, lovely video. I love how approachable your ideas are. What is the silver receptacle across the table from the wine? I hope you, Mr. Fox and your furry friends have a wonderful holiday. BTW, I made my first real garland using your tutorial!
Merry Christmas!
Happy Christmas to you both and your dog and cat.
Whatever you cook it turns out fantastic!
Kevin it seems the postal service lost the invitation & directions what time I should I arrive for that beautiful delicious meal
Once again you have tempted me to try something different and delicious! I just cooked up a chicken today and will soon be trying the Tartine! I fell in love with the lovely yellow bowl you were using while mixing up the chicken. It is just lovely and so unique. Plus it helps that one of my 2 favorite colors is yellow!! Wishing you and your loved ones Kevin, a Happy Holiday Season! 🎄
I see you have new fireplace screen…makes me relax. Merry Christmas and a very healthy, happy New year to both of you. Stay warm this weekend.
