    Walk and con vilom Is ok this time

      Hiii I am a dietician and provide home based diets. I prefer calling it lifestyle changing diet. Diet doesnt mean eating less,its eating right and full and loosing.
      My aim is to change peoples lifedtyle and bust diet related myths.
