Hi , interesting video, it may be an idea to fit a headband sponge like I did with my old senn hd575 as it didn’t have one at all, also my old senn has thicker Earpad’s, 32mm , so I fitted those to my 660s, and 6xx now they are even more comfortable. Regards mark
Thanks for the review. I own large headphone collection including the Senns 600 and 800s which i adore. However, the 7200 are my favourite closed-backs. Indeed, they are naturally with excesive bass and lacking trebble, but after EQ those are simply SOTA. My 2Cs.
It's so painful finding a good closed back headphone, I have many headphones but I keep going back to my ATH M50X, I just want the low end of the M50X coupled with more refined mids and highs. Good comparison and review, thanks.
Why is it so painful I wonder?i got the same feeling. The best I have so far is the Momentum 3 in wired mode. However, it could be more refined. Thinking Focals now
I am not sure if you configured the sound of 7200 correctly? To me the bass is very important because I am watching movies with headphones and I don't believe open back HD660S2 are good in that regard. They look more comfortable but in terms of watching movies with them they are probably not as good as 7200.
Yes the bass on the HD660S2 is not so present but I found it to be deeper and cleaner than the 7200. Not sure what configuration is required. mojo 2 connected to an Aune S17 is all the configuration required right?
This is what happens when you give a sennheiser fan boy a different brand to review. Biased from the start. Dont bother doing reviews when you have a conflict of interest.

I really wanted to like them but they were not for me. I’m glad you enjoy them so much! Happy listening :)

Easy tigger, I’m not a Sennheiser fanboy, I’m a good sound fanboy!
