Episode three is the last one in the series of HL2, and quite possibly the end of the Combine. Valve have stated that it will not be end of Gordon Freemans adventures, and not necesarily the end of Alyx's.
No it has it for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 but to get this game you got to buy The Orange Box which has... Half-Life 2, Half-Life Ep.1, Half-Life Ep.2, Portal, and Team Fortress 2.
Huh, i've noticed that the hunter bullets are the same as the striders. Thank god they've changed that, would have been boring without the exploding bullets, eh?
@soomroz I preffer to play hl beta and the hl2 beta sadly they didnt come out :( the trailers was awesome in the hl1 beta there will be some monsters like where combine i think but there was hunter search for hl1 beta trailer i know the graphics wasent good but the gameplay was awesome and the hl2 beta too :D
I've heard that the Silent Hill movie was awful. It all depends on your personal taste, I guess. As for games going to movie, they always use writers and directors that don't know what they're doing. A Half-Life movie couldn't work in this case because: 1. Gordon Freeman never talks in the game. Though if they make it follow a different character... 2. The advanced weapons look a bit too game-like to work. 3. Too many movies based on games end up having too many in-game jokes.
It's not important if the game is new like latest fps 2010 games etc. as long as you like the game, it will be beautiful, oh come on, others like pac man this days, mario, etc.
@ck23adik Mine suck too.......that's the only reason I bought the Orange Box for 360. Just for Episode 2. I was stupid and bought the Half Life Holiday 2006 Collection instead of the Orange Box for PC. I fail.
@fartface716 You don't die at the end of HL2, Gman comes in and unfreezes you and takes you back to his uh.. area of buisness. he then puts you in stasis until you are called upon again BUT *SPOILER ALERT* the vortiguaunt people rescuse you and alex and take you away from the citadel so you don't die.

valve never delivered what it had promised in the first trailers of their hl2 e1 product. we shouldn't trust them so easy.

It's too bad that the hl2 ep2 doesn't have even the most of those scenes in the trailer.
They should've kept the glowing antlion soldiers. I mean, they looked so out of place with the glowing antlion workers, grub, and even the guardian.
