The only way Jr has any type of involvement is if the cars have a bowtie on them. He's not going to sponsor or be involved anyway if there is a ford logo. He's 100% loyal to Chevy and they will not want his name involved with anything Ford.
Dale jr. Cannot financially invest in a team that is not a Chevrolet running team due to him having Chevrolets on his Xfinity series team you cannot cross manufacturers like that in different series

I actually think Stewart will sell his share of the team back to Haas and leave Nascar. It simply doesn’t have the interest in it he once had. Or it’s possible someone else like Jr could come along and purchase it.

The money isn't in the sport anymore so 4 car teams don't make sense (unless you have gobs of money like for example, Hendrick with other revenue streams). Attaining sponsors is a drag too since few will sponsor for an entire season, let alone even staying in the sport - less cars, less worry . Drop two charters and spend the extra money to make the two you have left better (or use the $$ to lure better drivers).

If Haas makes the switch back to Chevy I could also see a technical support and engine allience with Hendrick motorsports. t's an open door for Dale Jr to get back into the sport in a more management scenario. I could see this one. I'm not sure Tony sticks around. But never say never I guess. I could also see the potential for Dale to team up with Stewart and Haas and expand their team to 3 or 4 cars down the road and use that to springboard some of Dale's Xfinity series drivers up to the next level.

Why would Stewart Haas go back to Chevy? They were already so low on the totem pole of chevy info, that they left them to get more from Ford. Ford will improve, so why go back to lower on the list of manufacturer info. If anything, Dodge comes back and Tony is the top tier Dodge-Fiat-Stealntis team!
