Lando Norris needs to significantly up is performance. In the last 5 races he finished on average on place 2.8 while Max Verstappen finished on P4.4. If Max finishes on P5 the remaining races, Norris needs to finish at least on P1.5 to become world champion. He only won 3 race so far this season. With Ferrari being more competitive and fighting for a constructors championship, this seems to be even harder.

Yeah Man I agree. I like AR but from what happened this weekend, I think he's not really taking a leadership role. I also think that maybe he shouldn't take off running as much due to how many injuries that have piled up just in the last year and a half. He hasn't even played a full season yet.
