I respect Heim for standing his ground in what he personally feels between Ty Gibbs and JGR. If he feels that he doesn't like Gibbs and doesn't want to associate with the culture of JGR and what is accepted, that's his perogative. If he has to take an unconventional way up the ladder with tyota and does it his way, I can respect it for someone being true with what they believe.

Full disclosure I'm a Trackhouse fan and as an old DEI fan I really like Ty, but I don't think his position has anything to do with how fast the cars are. Also I think Trackhouse's fall off is overstated. Ross was in position to battle for the win on the last lap at Daytona until Corey Lajoie did what he does. He's also had a lot of other misfortune not of his own making this year. Shout out to Iceberg keeping track of Winston points, Ross would be 5th in points right now. Suarez is still in the championship hunt and not running poorly at the moment. I'm not really worried about their current or future success. This is just a grind point. That's my take. Key person, perhaps. It was Ty Norris getting suspended for handing out team orders to Brian Vickers to pit and therefore have an effect on the finishing order of the race. While NASCAR could pin that on Norris because of what was said during the radio chatter. It was his decision to do what he did. (unaware to MWR)
NASCAR decided there was not enough evidence to ping Clint Bowyer for a deliberate spin. Despite the whole affair being nicknamed as "spin gate". The spin part received zero penalty

Track house is fine. It does appear Kaulig have had some sort of a split. There is a few things that pint to this.

Not really a big deal with Ty Leaving, similar in F1 where Audi is coming in 2026 with top execs and engineers departing from the likes of (Redbull, Mercedes, Ferrari). Secondly, It was a good move to move on from Zane to Connor.

Maybe @craigconstable9407 is onto something, with Jess Dane in America full time with Shane, and Red Bull signing Connor Zillich, the Roland Dane/Red Bull/Trackhouse connection is getting very strong. I’m sure Roland is helping this behind the scenes. Roland is definitely the guy you want on board for Red Bull sponsorship. Also think the Ty move to Kaulig is strategic, if it wasn’t amicable he wouldn’t go to Kaulig. Big plans are in motion.

Ross Chastain is tied for 3rd best average finish in the Cup Series. I think TH future is bright. Connor in the background about to get a spot in the next couple of years most likely. I believe they will get rid of Suarez if they can get a 4th charter.

"Who's going to fill their shoes", With all the top drivers moving up from ARCA that leaves some top rides available, it's being speculated that Isabella Robusto is going to JGR and drive the #18, no word on who is taking over the #19 and #20, Brent Crews and Toni Breidinger are moving up to the Truck Series, so we could see Taylor Reimer take over the #25 car. I don't look for Amber Balcaen to return, she's had a terrible year and is lacking in sponsorship money. Not sure what Toyota is going to do with Jade Avedisian, they know that she is their diamond in the rough and they are taken their time with her, they well probably put her in a late model program with Lee Faulk Racing and throw in a few ARCA races, either way Venturini Motorsports and other race team need to find some drivers....

This is why Toyota drivers leave and go to other organizations, cause after the truck series that ladder is harder to move up. I'm on the Heim hype train, he handles himself well. I love his interview after that Atlanta xfinity race. I don't see him sticking with Toyota, even if he does his only route to cup is the 42 car in 2026.
