Hello! I just wanted to say i been doing this stretches on my pronation and supination but unable to go further more should i go to a doctor? It hurts its like very cramp after full stretch of it
I am recovering from a bad case of salmonella induced reactive arthritis and it made me fully lose supination in my right hand. I am working on it with my physiotherapist since 1 or 2 months and the swelling has greatly reduced, but the mobility is still unchanged. I have strong pain on the ulna side when we try to force supination past my limit. This always increases my range of motion by 20 or 30 degrees, but I lose it again very quickly once I take my hand back in a neutral or pronated position to rest it. also, after my hand was forced in this slightly supinated position it gets used to it after a while, but going back to neutral or pronation gives me the same severe ulna sided wrist pain again the first time I go back. Do you maybe have a guess what's going on there or how to fix it? I am a bit scared that the arthritis made some bones kind of fuse or something. would it make sense for me to try and push my hand into supination many times a day, or is that unlikely to help if it's caused by arthritis? I am 24 and male if that means anything and also: I just wrote a similar comment on your towel supination video as I just rewatched it, but then I saw that this video on the same topic was uploaded just 4 hrs ago. so, sorry about that repetition
I was in so much pain before this video. I could hardly straighten my left arm. I felt immediate relief after applying the tape. Thanks so much❤
You explain how to do this so very well! Every step and every helpful tip is included. Thank you! Very helpful!
You're very welcome! Glad it was helpful!
Boy do I need this video
Does it work on pronator tightness?
