I broke my wrist ( colles' distal radius fracture ) falling from a horse over a month and a half ago, I had surgery ( k-wires ) and I took off the pins & my cast two days ago. Your channel has helped me a lot, from stiff fingers in a cast to now trying to regain full motion. The best part is that you explain everything very well and you tell how it feels precisely and that makes me feel better, thanks a lot.

Thank you very much for your kindness and REALLY helpful video.💕 I am a professional concert pianist and after a bad traffic accident I had a surgery and plate for distal radius fracture with dislocation. Following your videos is literally a LIFE SAVER for me. But my biggest problem is almost zero pronation. Could you please show more exercises for pronation?🙏🙏🙏

Thanks you again for the time you put to do these
videos they help a lot. You do better exersizes than when I was going to therapy I really like how you don't try to rush things and always bring that to the point of doing these exersizes with minimal pain. I wish you were my therapist here in the sunshine state of Florida. You have been a blessing to me and to many who are trying to get back to being normal. Love you videos and your smile. 😊 Thanks again

Hi, would this help for someone who has naturally limited pronation? I play piano and have pain and inflammation because of difficulty pronating enough to play at the proper angle on the instrument. Would appreciate advice a lot. Thanks.

I really like ex. 4. I had distal bicep tendinitis / osis in right bicep. I still can’t pronate fully, but there’s not much pain in doing so.
However, my left bicep seems to have developed the same condition. I can’t orínate and it hurts like crazy if I try to probate, or do a Brachoradialis stretch 😩
