I love the chat at 44:00... my dad was a contractor as I was growing up and my husband is an engineer. When our first house was being built we were on the job daily correcting the subcontractors. The HVAC guy was trying to tell me the AC vent was supposed to be in the middle of the room. I told him he was reading the plans wrong and he rolled his eyes at me. I SOO enjoyed laughing at him 2 days later when he had to tear out the duct work and rerun it. Why? Because I walked into the builder's on-site office, asked to see the HVAC plans, pointed to the room where he had been working and said, "You better stop your HVAC sub now or you'll be spending a lot of money down the line to fix his mistake." The sub couldn't argue with the builder. He knew I was right and he knew I was the one that instigated the redo.
