Crazy that the 1st game actually had the most realistic depictions of what a real life crook must be like. Even when they talk to you in a friendly manner you can sense the danger and violence behind the eyes. Ever since the franchise went 3d all the characters became too jolly and goofy to be murderers and robbers. Every newer generation even more so.
