Your videos are very helpful. Thank you so much. I appreciate it!
I’m happy to help!! Let me know if you have any questions! : )
Awesome video!! I'm actually tutoring a R&W SAT class; this has given me some great teaching tips. I am not a not a math whiz either, so this is also very very helpful in that respect!
Thanks for reaching out!! I’m so happy to help!!
You don’t have to be a math whiz to succeed on the math section (or even to teach it!) You just have to think about the questions the right way and use the right strategies!
Let me know if you have any questions! : )
Wonderful video! I'm preparing myself for Cover both reading & math section for the October sat.however, it’s Difficult to understand Stand reading module but math section is easy.this corse class help lot of students. thanks men❤
I’m so happy to help!! Please let me know if you have any questions!!
Hey! Does he also teach all the 25 concepts of math as well?
@jskakksks2880 I don’t teach every single concept tested, but the vast majority, yes! My course is designed to give you the biggest score increase in the shortest amount of time, so I cover plugging in values, taking advantage of Desmos, functions, percent increase/decrease, probability and statistics, along with DSAT geometry!
Thank you
Happy to help!! Let me know if you have any questions! : )
Good afternoon, I was wondering if you offered any live classes like the one you are doing in this video because I didn't see anything about it on your website. Thank you.
Thank you for reaching out to me! “Digital SAT Crash Course” the video course is available for purchase, I don’t have any live classes planned at the moment…
Hey! Im going to start preparing for my October by SAT. I actually barely remember what little math i knew. I wanted to know does this crash course also explains/teaches the concepts tested on SAT or just focuses on strategies and tricks?
It’s really both! I do emphasize the tips, tricks, and strategies, however, because thats the fastest and easiest way to get a score increase! : )
hi can u make a video covering graphs of linear systems and inequalities topiC?
Thanks for reaching out!! I cover those questions on Day 1 - Part 2, coming out soon… so YES!! : )
Just posted part 2!! It includes solving systems of equations and systems of inequalities using Desmos… check it out and let me know if you have any questions!
Can you do more grammar practice questions please?
Thanks for reaching out!I’ll have more available when the full course is released soon! : )
can we use desmos during our practice tests in bluebook?is the desmos in the blue book?
Great question!! YES!! Desmos is imbedded in the bluebook app… give it a shot and see for yourself!!
And let me know if you have any other questions! : )
@@MichaelToohey thankyou so much for helping out students like us,I have my sat on march 9 so can u like guide me how I should prepare for it to get a good score on my first go?
@haniamalik6867 Absolutely!! Look out for more Digital SAT videos coming out soon… I’ll guide you through step-by-step!!
My other question was do you think if I watch your videos the digital math course the two day one that I will be good for the SAT math
Good question! You can definitely get an increase just by following my first two rules!!
There are a number of other specific concepts tested on the Digital SAT, however, that you just need to know: percent increase/decrease, probability and statistics, and geometry just to name a few… I cover allthose concepts on the full version of the course, which should be available soon, God willing!
@@MichaelToohey I have my SAT tomorrow and all I did was watch your course so do you have any suggestions on how I can cover up the rest of the topics?
Work through some of the Digital SAT Practice tests available from the College Board (the makers of the test)… if you see any questions you don’t know how to solve, review the answer explanations provided…
Heyy!! For the second problem with (55/(x+6)) -x, when you set the equation equal to 0 you get a different graph (one with two parallel lines) rather than the curve? Why is that?
in this case, would we not set it to 0 simply because had we solved it algebraically you would get x^2 so a curve would exist and obviously not two straight lines
Good question!
Just enter in the left-hand side (the side with all the terms).
Or enter in the left-hand side and as it equal to y.
Then you’ll get the curved shape you’re expecting. Either way, you want the x-values that give you a “0” for y, which are the x-intercepts. Those are your solutions to the equation.
Make sense?
@@MichaelToohey yess thank you!
@FNB22 happy to help!!
Do you have this google doc online?
Shoot me an email at tooheycollegeprep@gmail.com
When it is saying= 0 dont you have to subtract your final answer to 0?
Thanks for reaching out!! I’ll be happy you help, but I ’m not quite sure what you mean… can you explain your question in more detail?
For example if it is -11 wouldn’t it turn into 11 because the equations equals to zero
@NoorMateen still not quite sure what you mean here… sorry!
Are you referring to solving for a variable by graphing the equation?
Or are you referring to factoring?
Is there a specific question in the video you can refer to for your question? Thanks!
