ok so I feel like the only problem that I'm still confused on problem #8 only because I'm still not sure where we got the -2 from, on the problem from Accuplacer i have 3c+2s = 8.75 & 2c+4s = 8.50 and then i get stuck on what to do next.

It's similar to the first 20 questions that are on there. I did see they have changed some of them up this year. Different geometry and graphing I believe.
