Why this Black Square painting is a big deal | The Mix

You’re not alone if your first response to the famous Black Square painting is “my child could have painted this”. First revealed by Russian artist in Kazimir Malevich in 1915, it caused outrage. Now it’s viewed as one of the world’s most important paintings.
