I never realized that different clubs had different set points.

    Mike great video.
The thing for me is I never realized the set happens higher with lower lofted clubs and driver.
Sometimes doing set go with driver I would hit it higher...now I know why!
    Thank you!!

so happy this helped! yes that is a big key understanding how the setting of the club “softens” as the clubs get longer!

This is so great Mike. I have the same issue of going across the line looking for more distance. I sacrifice accuracy. The set go is the answer for me too! I’m stripping it down the middle. You are my numero uno for swing and short game tips. Thank you!
Question, being from Chicago myself…Cubs or White Sox for you? “Both” is acceptable!

Could you make a video on spinning out/ over the top ? Love your videos. Huge fan.

If your takeaway is inside, you’ll likely be over the top. Watch his and Porzak takeaway videos. Push pull, push with the heel pad and pull with the fingers. Keep the club in front of you.

Love your videos. My current swing fault is my head getting ahead of the ball at impact, usually head ahead of hips; leads to low-left pulls
. Could you do a video with drills for me to get past this?

Great video, Mike. Love the set-go drill. I suffer with external rotation issues in the trail shoulder. Any suggestions on how to get my swing on plane to overcome this issue? Keep up the great job!

I get confused about one thing with the pause drill. When I do a normal swing, I transfer my weight to my lead side as I am completing my backswing. So when I do the Hideki drill, I feel like I’m always late getting to my lead side. Is this a problem?

I would love a video on releasing the set, and when. I took the set, turn, turn literally and ended up thinning the ball for a month.
I’m not wrong am I, you eventually do unhinge to get back to the ball?

Can you help me understand, is it a set the slub before turning your shoulders? I feel like I start to push my shoulder back simultaneously

In one of his videos he sets the club with the takeaway so the clubface is about shoulder height, then the body/shoulder turn starts. The shoulder and hands move the club up, but then the body turn starts at that shoulder-height clubface
