Thanks for all your great advice. I really enjoy watching your videos, they provide a lot of knowledge and are very helpful on a daily basis in choosing food when shopping, etc. Thank you ❤✨
I’ve have oatmeal with blueberries every morning. In summer fresh berries but it’s now the middle of winter in Australia so I buy frozen. Can still get the fresh but way too expensive atm at $10 a punnet compared to $11 for a kilo of frozen
Thank you for your advice, I have to stop Metformen because the Blueberries is causing allergy like itch skin all over my body and also I eat Blackberries too. I have type 2 diabetes but not severe also I take low dose of Atorvastatin 10mg, Metformin 500mg 3 times a day. I am very anxious... Help 🙏🏻🤲🤞🙏🏻
Good bread? Fiber is good for most healthy Batterie. But just sayin frech bread? Nah. Could be from GMO wheat with ripfning Enhancer in the dough. A recipy for colon cancer.
Are the benefits still present if the berries are flavorless? I bought frozen berries from Sam's Club and Costco. Costco were labeled "organic" and tasted great. Sam's were not.
Wild? Sure? How much do you pay for somebody going out and forging them in the wild? I pay 3.20€ for 500 grams of Aldi's frozen organic blueberries. Their taste is pretty intensive. I can't say if they taste good, I HATE the taste and only eat them for health benefits. But the taste is pretty intense. To intense... 🤢
Frozen blueberries available to me do not taste good. They are hard and crunchy, have no juice, no sweetness and no flavor. I am suspicious that the producers pick them before they are ripe, then freeze dry them and sell them as “ frozen”. I am very skeptical of their nutritional value. I hope that someone will analyze them. Blackberries have the same problem. Frozen strawberries seem to be OK but they should be checked as well. In fact a lot of checking needs to be done on the nutritional value of the foods we eat. It’s too easy to change the color, texture, aroma and taste of foods without regard to nutrition. I think this is a hidden danger akin to Rachel Carson’s “Silent Spring”
eat blueberries everyday frozen ones i absolutely love them.

What would be the recommended daily amount of blueberries consumption?
Also , its been said that poly phenols help to feed the beneficial digestive bacteria and good bread like french bread give a home for the bacteria .

I buy frozen wild blueberries from Farmboy. Wild blueberries are the best for antioxidants.

Buy fresh ones
@CordeliaWagner1999 That's literally what they do, look it up.
@@CordeliaWagner1999 Wild blueberries are a lot cheaper than organic (at least in North America where they are grown).
