    What’s the portion amount of blueberries people should eat a day? I’m trying to stop my body from inflammation I got psoriasis.

    Is it okay to eat frozen blueberries??

      From what I read, the freezing process keeps them from being exposed to light and air, which breaks down the nutrients that are beneficial to us. So eating frozen blueberries is good! What I can’t find, is if there is a benefit to eating the wild blueberry, or if buying the pure wild blueberry juice is ok too. I’m guessing eating the berry is better because seeds are usually good for us. I just can’t find a comparison.

    Problem is pesticides. Hard to find or trust good blueberries without paying to much.
