    👉The high temperatures applied during the refining process remove all the valuable and natural elements from them. Instead, it increases the amount of trans fat which is known to increase bad LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and insulin levels. It also reduces beneficial HDL cholesterol
    👉Thus the oils oxidize and become rancid, as well as lose many or all of their properties. This renders them toxic. Regular consumption of refined oil may lead to cancer, Diabetes Mellitus (DM), gastrointestinal disease, atherosclerosis, obesity, reproductive issues, and immune dysfunction

      @@PeachtreeClinic aapne Cold pressed groundnut oil ke bare me nahi suna....wo bhi healthy hi hota hai....
      Yes we have used and know about filtered groundnut.oil....and it's unhealthy.....apke video background caption me simple "peanut oil" mention hai
      You should avoid all sorts of seed oils and refined oils
