I am 5.7 myself and I was obsessed with the idea to dunk a basketball back when in my high-school days.
I didn't do any weight training. Only stretching and body weight exercises. But mostly stretching and a lot's of crazy dunking on a shorter rims.
While similarly to you I could grab the 10ft rim with easy, but couldn't dunk. However, my most explosive jumps were from 1 foot.
But then I started to learn technique how to jump with both feet. And then I could finally make few EASY dunks from lobs, exactly how you did it here. But I was jumping like elbow above the rim.
After that I stopped jumping that high because my knees just couldn't handle and I realised that the price of the 10ft rim dunking for me was too high. Also I was playing a lot of ball, almost each day all day long. Yeah, I was obsessed. :)
However I'd like to share some of my findings:
    1. High jumping requires explosives and very well timed moves.
    2. Practice technique of jumping, search for effortlessness.
    3. Keep building muscles, but don't over-stress your joints, better do more cycling instead of weight training - guys I've met who could fly were all cyclist with much more developed leg muscles that I've had.
    4. Recover, recover, recover - always keep your knees fresh it is so easy to injure / reinjure them as I always say - it's almost comical. :)
    5. Get inspired by other dunkers, look at the T-Dub and how much acceleration he produces on his extreme dunks, he literally takes-off.
    6. Stretch your arms and have a loose and big shoulders - hands help a lot with producing vertical speed if properly.
    7. Psychological aspect - yes, visualise and teach your consciousness to jump higher, your brain will limit your abilities if it's not trusting you yet.
And most of all - have fun, use lower rims, fool around, get loose, let your brain get used to the fact that you are dunker and that you are really enjoying it.

the difference in vert you need to dunk compared to me is surprisingly low, since im 6'1, but my standing vert is like 7'9 and i need about 33-35 inches vert to dunk and you dunked with around 40, which is only a 5-7 inch difference when i thought standing reach was supposed to increase more exponentially through height, currently my vert is about 28 or so inches and ive been making some good progress, seeing your work finally pay off is motivating, gotta work hard but ofc remember to avoid injuries

Congratulations man. My first dunk was at 5-9 at age 16. I was a one foot jumper. Not many 5-7 dudes dunking, you are getting up ... however be careful with the weights. It looks like you are going to pull or strain something. Instead of maxing out 1 lift, I think less weight and more reps is better for you...I used to just put 100 lbs on a bar and squat mad reps....all the way down.....then use the same benching, lots of reps and good form.... anyway props to you, keep it going....

Congrats bro. Right now I'm 5' 5" and 14 years old. I just started hitting the gym not even weeks before I turned 14. I've been at the leg press and doing squats nearly non stop. You somewhat inspired me to start deadlifting because I have overly muscular calves so that may be a good extra workout for me. Oh and I forgot the mention. My standing reach last time I checked, which was several months ago was 6' 10" so I believe my vertical is approaching 30 inches. I hit backboard for the first time a month or two ago and my goal is to dunk some day. I have a couple years of growing left so if I'm lucky I'll hit 6 foot, if not, an inch or two under. I'm fairly athletic, abs, roughly 5.3 40. A concern is I cannot palm a basketball with around 8 inch hands. I'm not that heavy, around 115 pounds currently but yeah I want to make myself a life goal and path to do this so let's get it!

What's up Rick! Congratulations on you Win! What is your reach above the rim?
I think that you are able to dunk easily. However rather than throwing or slamming the ball in (against) the (back of) rim you have to tip, palm and put the ball in (down) the basket.
There are a few guide on youtube as well. Might want to go check them out. See if it improves your dunking abilities.
Also I think, that you should practice dunking with ball in hands. That should improve coordination and build leg power.

Get yourself some Derrick Rose 2's Restomod. They are SUPER light. I'm 5'9 and when I was younger, I did similar training (with the OG shoe of course), never got to 300lb mark but really close. You need to work on your gather/take off because something that simple will improve your consistency in throwing down. Dunk camp will definitely break that down. Bad ass seeing future lil' guys throw down. When you get it consistent, don't tell anyone you got the dunking down. Play pickup and toss it down. I promise you that is the funniest shit ever. That's how I landed my future wife. She had no idea. Dude missed a layup and it hit backboard/side of rim and I timed it perfect. 😂

Congrats on your first dunk! Hard work pays off! 🎉And I also wanted to ask about knee pain because I’ve had it 7 months ago, but recovered from it since I stopped squatting. I’ve not felt it since 7 months ago, however I started squatting back last month, and sometimes I would feel a 1/10 pain when I do isometrics, is that a bad sign? And how can I know when my knee is healthy enough to never get tendinitides back?
