Summer break starts in 2 days for me 😎 so ima work out a lot and practice my basketball skills, ima also try to increase my vert, I’m 5’6 rn and I’m 12, my goal is to be 6’4 but Idk if that’s gonna happen (probably not) but I still wanna be able to dunk, I’m not the best in my grade but I put in the most work so by the time season starts I think I’ll be the best, my coach always puts me down low when I wanna be on wing and stuff, all I can shoot is block shots but I wanna be able to shoot mid-range, I’ve been working. Like this comment and in 6 months I’ll try to give y’all an update

The best way to get your vertical higher is to jump a lot. I did stretch to prevent injury

My vertical is from 38-40 inches. 28 is very achievable, you just have to put in the work

It depends on age. 20 is a pretty average vertical but it should be easy to increase
