Some months ago I was diagnosed with osgood Schlatter too, I found it helpful to play through it and constantly stretch it And over time its gone away but occasionally comes back. Im currently trying out for freshman basketball.
I would do more stretches that release the tension inside the knee, which could vary on what feels good for you. What I did, is search up stretches that you do for Osgood schlatter.

My tip for you guys is Basketball is more than just Basketball if your looking for strenght look for a person you wanna be like and watch them if you wanna get faster and get more stamina look a vid about marathon runners if you want bounce look a vid about highjumpers etc

I’m super nervous and scared to see if I’ll make the A or B team, cuz there’s some super good kids in my school, so these videos helps a lot, thanks.

For those who don’t know the best way to beat a press is to pass and run to maybe get the pass and in the process get past ur defender. Hopefully this helps people 😊
Love the content brother just some jumper problems, How do you fix a guide hand on jumper like I don’t thumb flick but my whole hand pushes the ball so I end up finishing like Reggie miller? This is so frustrating because I’m so inconsistent and don’t have a good jumper. Also I understand you can take the pressure off the guide hand but my jumper is so slow, like how do you get power without pushing the offhand?
In your training, start shooting threes without jumping. Once you start making those consistently, go back to a normal jumpshot and the power will come to you so much easier because you had to learn how to get the ball there without even jumping before. Hope this helps
That helps with power but how do you get to release fast again like my jumper very slow until the end ish when I get my hand under the ball? Also I’m finding this making bad habits like my set point being way lower it’s at my chin now instead of my eyebrow. Form shooting? I’m guessing for a while till I develop the mechanic?
I don’t need this for Highschool I need this for the actual leagues lmao, in my Highschool league my team won every single game, we even blew one team out 73 to 0
