What an incredible crack in the throttle body! I would keep it as a trophy and build a new version. Cracks like that are why top-tier motorsports x-ray their engines, metal sheets and welds.
Beat me to it, I get that it's a unique thing that you wanna show off, but the fact that it's a cummins in a boat with the single dump from the Turbo will be enough to bring them in to ask, you don't need to burn down the coal mine just because you wanna be noticed.
@@RedDeadSpearhead He can still make the power as well. It will still be smoky but he needs DDP's new 12v injectors and probably step up to compounds maybe turn the pump back a little and that should clean it up a lot and most likely make a fair bit more power.

A lot of cool-looking engines in this video, but those turbos are just delicious. I'd like to see the velocity stacks from the other boat stuck onto them, once you get your plenum game up.
My pop's used to have a wreidht 18' spoiler. 455 olds. Could set a full beer can on dash n when u hit the send it peddle it wouldn't touch the boat. Coolest thing my pop's owned.
So "secret spot on the Colorado river, pristine crystal clear water, blue skies, clean air" and pouring out smelly black smoke is cool? All I can say is "WHATEVER!!!" "Just because you can doesn't mean you should".
Hi Mr Mike. On trip to Thailand a few years ago I saw some of their style of race boats. They have skinny beamed boats that are long, with 4 cylinder compound turbo diesels. Those things fly!
Owned quite a few big block drag boats, but a 5.9 cummins powered cruiser is probably top 5 coolest things on water. Thank God for the odd ones, they always have the coolest stuff.
Just seen you rolling down I75 south bound in the toter. I'm the trucker that gave you a thumbs up. What you had in tow is going to make for one hell of a video!
Whether you approve or not the 'rolling coal' thing is drawing a lot of attention from people that support the EPA. The problem is when they start regulating, they're not going to stop at banning diesel smoke, it could go a whole lot further which is bad for everyone, gas and diesel. Personally I think the whole black smoke thing has had its day and needs to stop.
When it comes to race built boats and trucks, I don’t mind it. But I’ve had multiple occasions where trucks will roll coal on me while I’m riding my bike. That fuckin pissed me off
So you thought that we'd just overlook the coal rolling because it's no longer the top headline in automotive douchbaggery these days? Well, you're wrong.

I would keep it as a trophy and build a new version.
Cracks like that are why top-tier motorsports x-ray their engines, metal sheets and welds.
that's the plan.i'll retire the part and build a new one.
Cummins boat owner needs to watch banks power videos on tuning diesel to burn less fuel and make more power
Mechanical injection is impossible to tune smoke out if your making any decent power or you spend 8k on a vnt compound setup
Merlin doesn't need to talk to anyone end of story!
He knows more about 12 valve Cummins than you know about anything! Thats Merlin from Old School Garage
the green boat at 10:40 was my dads back in 03, pictures of me as a baby in it. badass!!!
that diesel needs a tune. people who tune them to blow smoke are ruining it for everyone. EPA is bending everyone over
Beat me to it, I get that it's a unique thing that you wanna show off, but the fact that it's a cummins in a boat with the single dump from the Turbo will be enough to bring them in to ask, you don't need to burn down the coal mine just because you wanna be noticed.
@@RedDeadSpearhead He can still make the power as well. It will still be smoky but he needs DDP's new 12v injectors and probably step up to compounds maybe turn the pump back a little and that should clean it up a lot and most likely make a fair bit more power.
lmao the EPA is going to ruin it for everyone and it has NOTHING to do with 7 assholes rolling coal. They just like you believing that so you hate each other and fight amongst yourselves. Instead of fighting the REAL issue. Corrupt Government.
Wish y'all had the same energy for 2A as well as the EPA. No matter the alphabet letters, they're all trying to fuck us over.
@@joshuagibson2520 yup.
So sick! Blazes boat looks amazing, i see Nitrous in its future!
that cummins needs to be tuned better
Nothing like a great time on the river with friends and fast boats
3:20 Just try not to think about the pee to water ratio
That's pretty wild! What a collection of Jet boats and people out enjoying the Sun!!!
Put a mini split ac in there.thats what I have in my toter. Run the whole rig off a honda 2200.
Get a extended run cap and your golden.
@@supertrucker5000 yes very quiet.
Mine was charged also.mine has a heat pump also.
Love it!!!
dammit Finnegan i wasnt much of a fan of boats but you just changed that on me. love it
"who cares about putting ac in" (sad ac guy)
Dude same
You can put it in my car, ill cover Popeyes for the duration of the job.
Thats my home town right there 🤙🏼 Parker AZ
Idk why rolling coal is still a thing when it’s well known that it’s just fuel not being burnt and means your tune is not as clean as it could be
Yeah, rolling coal means that your tune is shit. Sorry but not sorry, watch Gale Banks rant about it once and you’ll understand.
It's still a thing because America is still a thing! You can have fun with your clean diesels and I will enjoy my 2 stroke Detroits. That's the fun of a free country.
@@crashalarm3283, as GretaThunburg would say, *"HOW DARE YOU!"*
Ok yes I agree with you there but why is it at like every single tractor pull every single diesel is like a freight train there like shouldn't they be tuned? Also?
@@unintendedconsequences1470 not for much longer. Electric 🚤 ugh.
This was a really interesting and very very new experience to watch. In the Netherlands there is a lot of water, and watersports. But not like this man! Lookin’ really good hamgin’ out like that, cruising the river and maiming some Motorsport hahaha. Thanknyou for giving a peek into this
I love how Finnegan always seems to find a way out of doing any of the hard work by saying he’s got to film it and why none of these guys realize anybody can hold the camera is beyond me
As you age you go from doing grunt work to doing finesse work, pretty normal.
@@strandvaskeren Yeah but the guys moving the air conditioners looked older than Finnigan
@David Hale I’m more on the side of a lazy guy taking advantage of his friends because he always does it lol
@@600wheel its not as you age, its as you climb the ladder. the grunt boys still at the bottom of the ladder.
Personally I don’t work on other people junk unless they are sweating right next to me
A lot of cool-looking engines in this video, but those turbos are just delicious. I'd like to see the velocity stacks from the other boat stuck onto them, once you get your plenum game up.
My pop's used to have a wreidht 18' spoiler. 455 olds. Could set a full beer can on dash n when u hit the send it peddle it wouldn't touch the boat. Coolest thing my pop's owned.
what an amazing time. I am rarely jealous but boy oh boy I wish I was on that trip with you.
Would be nice if the diesel was tuned correctly instead of giving everyone cancer. Love the older boats.
Karen’s cause more harm to this world then any Diesel
It's only known to cause cancer in the state of Commiefornia.
Owned quite a few big block drag boats, but a 5.9 cummins powered cruiser is probably top 5 coolest things on water. Thank God for the odd ones, they always have the coolest stuff.
I guess the diesel boat is cool but nothing like destroying a beautiful view with a tire fire...
That fuckin pissed me off
You DEFINITELY need to come to Kentucky for the Pisgah Bay boat races! You would fit right in!
So you thought that we'd just overlook the coal rolling because it's no longer the top headline in automotive douchbaggery these days? Well, you're wrong.
That was a nice change from your regular videos I loved it I used to live seven miles from that Steel Bridge the desert on the side Arizona side spent many many days on a river in that area
Boats, meh. Not a car...I miss Blasphemi.
