Thank you Vinnie. I’m a 58 y/o Female that does not live near a gym, (60 miles away), very rural. I really appreciate these exercises that don’t use fancy equipment and can be done at home. I really enjoyed your grocery store podcast ( I used to own a mom and pop grocery store) as well as addressing the gal asking why Anna isn’t really thin? Anna’s response was great. I am a menopausal woman that is about 15/20 pounds overweight now after menopause. Also, I am a Roweby. I listen to your podcasts while I work in my garden. I started NSNG about 15 months ago. I have fallen off the wagon, but I get back on and keep going. Thanks for all you and Anna do. Your advice is honest, to the point and no BS; who has time for that. I also love these new RUclips videos since I don’t and won’t ever do Twitter. You are appreciated.
Thank you for sharing!! I’ve been NSNG since 6/15 of this year. I’m not metabolically broken and I’m carrying about 40 extra pounds at this point. (I think, anyway. I’m really just going to be NSNG and see what my body does with good diet and exercise.) I know exercise is the next goal for me and this will help!!
I appreciate you making these videos- as a 59 yr old Co responding therapist - eating NSNG has been ok - but trying to find the right exercises has been difficult to find.😊
What’s your thoughts on creatine for seniors. I’m a 64 y/o woman who lifts weights. I’ve been contemplating taking creatine as I’ve seen some Utube’s touting it’s benefits. I trust your opinion.

Vinnie,
Why is Dr. Drew advertising for VShred? I thought you guys were best friends. I hope Dr Drew didn't sell out.
Only 20 comments?! This needs more reach!
I don't know if you're still monitoring this, but I wanted to ask you if V sits are as good as sit-ups and leg lifts together?
love seeing your Polks......
THANKS VINNIE was doing some of these already but now I can add some new stuff and have variety!
Thank you Vinnie!
Thank you

Your obliques get activated when you do sit ups and crunches.

Okay, I'm gonna try these. 53yo female, nsng for 6mo, but haven't seen my abs since my second deployment in 2003. 😂
Just started the Busy Dad Program for burpees tonight, burpees FTW!
Great video. Love the content.
If I was to assume these would help with diastasis recti would I be wrong?
It can help, but it won’t happen overnight. Stick with it!

A small amount may be beneficial. With all supplements, talk to your doctor.
