Would a home gym such as the bow flex cover most of these exercises? I can’t afford the gym fees but maybe can save up for a good home gym… just to stay in shape and gain muscle as I’m in my early 40’s
Thanks Vinnie - I have watched RUclips for years for 'how to's' on gym exercises - it is easy to get bogged down in detail. Your video demonstrates the best exercises far better, more efficiently, and way more focused on what anyone really needs to do when they walk in the gym.
I found a method of doing 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, reps separated by 15 seconds each works really well. It also helps because I don't feel like I'm "hogging" the machine and doesn't take a ton of time. This is in lieu of doing 3x10-12 like I used to.

Anything past moving your shoulders off the floor, activates the hip flexor muscles instead of the rectus abdominals.
