What about kettlebells? I started doing kettlebell training on my whole body. I eventually want to move up to farmer carry.
Should I diversify some and try other methods? I am also trying to do the NSNG. Pretty much just have seasoning and meat. With he occasional avocado and olives.
My goal is to feel better, and so far I think I can see a trend going up.

I’m thinking yeah, jumping rope is a great idea but I don’t have the space for it at home or at work. But then I was like, I could mimic the movement without a rope and I could do that standing at my desk! But then the image of me bouncing up and down in front of my male coworkers made me think maybe this is something I’ll do at home only 😏

The push-ups on the hard counter are a great idea for people just training if you want to possibly die! Great tip from the big brains at Prager!

I learned about NSNG on Adam's podcast and it benefited me and my family. I'm unsubscribing from his podcast but keeping yours because you back up your claims and he's just fuhking gone now.

Can’t do sit-up anymore because of lower back injury. I miss my six pack.

I’m a 67 old guy and am trying to lose weight. I’ve got a shoulder and knee replacement and back surgery so I can’t kneel. I’ve been walking with trek poles. I have to start out only walking not for a long time because I get winded because I have polycythemia. Whats a guy to do?

Thank you Vinnie. I was doing sit ups and push ups all wrong. I can easily do most of these moves daily. No excuses

Great video. I don't really want to go to a gym because I'm far from fit and would feel very self-conscious in someplace like Golds. However, these five things would not take up much time and I'd soon feel like I could do more or even join a gym. I also like the tips on how to do a good squat or pull-ups--none of which I've ever been able to do in my life including in high school while in gym class (yep, long time back; I'm near Vinnie's age) or even seriously lifting weights. Now, I know the way to approach these exercises that I've long envied being able to do. Push-ups I could do a few of the girlie ones but now I know how to do those properly or even get those exercise straps.
Yep, I see some great fun with exercises starting this week. Thank you, Vinnie!!!!

This is one of the most practical and valuable exercise presentations on RUclips. People need less science and more practical advice like this. Vinnie, it would be great if you could follow up with another session on reps and the intensity required for adaptative stimulus. Great job Vinnie.

No better single exercise machine ever developed that’s hits more muscles that the C2 Rower. I miss rowing that and the water. Knees are shot. 😢

Thanks for sharing this video! I have maintained my weight over the last two years going through a very traumatic time, not exercising at ALL, drinking frequently, eating very little. My recovery has taken me to the pace where I’m ready to build back again, and your recommended exercises are the pace in going to start because I have noticed that my muscle has just atrophied excessively over the past year. Thank you also for showing alternate ways to do each exercise for someone like myself who has very little muscle strength. Appreciate the time you put in!!
