Justice for men 😢
I realised that my wife was having an affair, I got a stroke and was in a hospital for a month. Despite this all lawyers said that I can't do anything. I had to pay alimony of 30l to amicably dissolve the marriage. The laws are completely biased and there is no hearing available for men.

It's very high time, Indian Men also come to the roads to protest for their rights and gender neutral judiciary which is very highly biased towards women, not saying their rights should be compromised or the protection towards them be comprised, just want those same protection and strong laws against misuse of laws should be encouraged.

Thanks for taking this topic. Currently, women are rampantly misusing and abusing the laws against men, and get away without any consequences or accountability or punishment. Along with men, even elderly women, sisters and true victims are suffering from this abuse. I strongly point out that strong punishment against perjury, false allegations and women crimes should be enforced. Also, Men commission to tackle Mens problems becomes the need of the hour!

solutions for the problem
1. Case should get decided with in 1 year
2. Persons misusing laws should be punished severely .
3. Half of the maintenance money alloted to wives should be given by her own parents and siblings. Just by marrying the daughter their responsibility does not come to an end She is still their daughter
4. Police officials not investigating the cases properly should be held accountable if found guilty and should be dismissed from the job and punished as well

The courts are only expressing their worries but there is a need of serious reform. There should a law that says "If any misuse of any law by any person is observed that lead him/her to same amount of punishment that he/she applied to the accused."

Your work is worth appreciating. This is a fashion in main stream media to stand with women ignoring man's view. If she is found guilty then be silent. Even job opportunity is being taken away in the name of women empowerment. You can see its worst effect in states like Bihar. Where in police department by rhe way of reservation female seats has increased which is worstly affect the police working efficiency. In the event of any mishapping police men's first priority is to save its women counterpart rather to save people. Likewise in education department where huge number of women employees enrolled at the cost of efficiency.
These all things not only collapsing the system and decresing its effeciency but also growing dissappointment in male competetor. In long run it will greatly affect the society.
When one emloyed man look after an unemployed woman but vice versa doesn't happen. It is rare to see any employed girl marrying unemployed boy. Vote bank politics will ultimately spoil the nation.

Never justifying it, but because of the women-centric laws in our country, a lot of murders in families are taking place due to the inequality between women and men. This obviously creates frustrations between both families and hence violence can never be ruled out. I appeal to the authorities and our entire legal system to be gender-neutral in their approach, and chuck out all the laws which favour only women.
