We immediately took him to the hospital, where it was confirmed that he was intoxicated and in no condition to ride a bike. Afterward, we went to the police station and reported the incident. The police officer on duty recorded the details in a register, including my personal information, but no formal FIR was filed. We believed the matter was resolved as it was clear that the person was at fault. However, a few days later, the same individual filed an FIR against me, falsely claiming that I was driving recklessly at a high speed and hit him directly. He has exaggerated the facts, and we don’t have any evidence to counter his claims. Moreover, we later found out that the person is a sergeant at the same police station where we initially reported the incident. Now, we are facing a situation where we might have to pay a large amount due to this false accusation. Given that we don’t have any evidence to refute his claims, what steps can we take to protect ourselves legally?

1st learn pattern of clat . Then try to be updated in gk. Do a lot of mocs and moc analysis . Try to learn the math concept. Read Hindu daily .
