If india says that it is a secular country (according to the preamble) Then why still there is Hindu marriage Act and Muslim marriage Act?? Why there is a still no acceptance of UCC? if we are not following Ucc then isn't it unconstitutional?? 2. Why still the majority of reservation is based on cast rather to bifurcate a creamy layer non creamy layer Why can't we give them reservation according to EWS I KNOW EWS IS THERE BUT STILL ITS not 100% I don't think so our LAW Is this much stupid that it can't identify this change is I am wrong with this pls reply with Clear answers and let me see if I am wrong about it So grateful to have a person like you who is taking efforts for understanding law ❤great content
