If you want to eat meat/beef, you can but you need to control :) I'm not sure if how the others worked for it but mine did helps. Not to the point where you get skinny too fast but It helps me lose a lil bit cholesterol.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to say my story on how this workout saved me!: so I have been working out and training a lot lately to lose weight! I have given up sugar altogether, and to be honest, life is getting easier without it. Tomorrow I am going shopping with a friend, and wanted to get a little skinnier, to look good in short clothing. Day 2: it was a little easier today than yesterday. Btw I'm doing it 2 times a day. Day 3: I only did it once today because I was kind of busy. But anyways, as you go, everyday the workout gets WAY easier! So keep up the hard work. Day 4: Since I dont really know what to say I'll edit again once I start seeing results.😁 Day 6: I AM SEEING BIG RESULTS. I am starting to see a flat stomach forming. I have tried different workouts in the past but they never worked for me, mostly because they were too intence and long. I promise you no matter how big you are, its gonna work. 10 day challange here we go! Along with a thigh workout as well for 10 days. I’ll keep you updated every single day! Day 1: I’m pooped. I hated it. I was able to do the bicycle crunches, and for the most part the sit ups when u bring your knees closer to you but the plank really got me😤😤😤 it was so hard but I semi managed through it. I’ll be back tm. Day 2: I did surprisingly well. Except for the plank. I had to go 10 Extra seconds because i kept going down. But tbh I think I see a tiny bit of progress. I’ll be back tm. Day3: omg I did this right after my nose was bleeding and had a headache😂😭. The plank is still my least favorite. I cannot hold it. Hopefully I see results soon! Be back tm.

I started this workout 4-5 weeks ago daily, and slowly rising the reps. Its definitely working!! But i also try to control my diet. I eat 3 meals a day (regular meal), not skipping breakfast, drink more water and try to cut off empty calories and oils. My tummy feels different than when i only restrict my diet. Its flatter each week✨ i think it gets stronger little by little
Aight, I paired this with a Vicky Justiz Ab workout and my waist shrunk 2inches in 12 days. Totally recommend, but you still have to watch what you eat. I also recommend doing the exercises 2-3 times a day for a quicker result. Good luck slim thicc queens❤️

Jennifer Salgado I did it for about 2 and a half weeks and then i had to go on vacation so i stopped after that. But in the 2 1/2 weeks i saw no difference sadly :/ Im gonna try to start this again but do it for the entire month.
It's more fun with motivation and you're really having fun while doing it. After wards you feel like a monster( in a good way). Listen to a music that's loud ( Recommend dubste)

Working out is like my least favorite thing in the world so there is nothing that would make it "fun" i dont even know how its possible for something to horrible to be "fun" You're lucky if you can actual make that happen. A big difference, it gotten less bloated and more flatter, simly by doing this home workout and eating less meat more veggies and fruits, and you should be drinking more water as you can, replace your soda with green tea, But yea every body is different
Actually eating more meat that has fat in it helps you lose fat by building up hormones to burn fat even if you're not working out... It's all about building the right hormones to eithe even fat or build muscle
I want to share my experience. I'm restarting my fitness journey right now after two years with almost no fitness routine because of my hectic work schedule and studies. But some years back, when I was very active and fit, doing cardio mostly, I noticed I had a droopy belly....there was almost no fat but seemed like the abs muscle were loose or something. I started this 5 minute routine, twice daily, morning and evening and after two weeks, my abs were tightened, from top to bottom. I could put on my sundresses and would get so many compliments and questions on how to achieve that. The routine became once daily, then at least 3 times a week. But I should also say that this is a maintenance routine, if you stop it for a whole week, it will take another two weeks for the results to kick in again. So, as far as I can say, this routine is for those with a small belly to hide, or droopy one like mine was. But you need to remain consistent. I'm very grateful for Johanna and constantly recommend this one to those who are looking to tighten their belly without much fuss.

This was my first workout video ever, I was 12, in 7th grade just entering the "teenage phase" and trying really hard to get hot just bec I wanted to impress this boy, I am 20 years now and I recently started doing her workouts again having no idea who she was ( the name did sound a bit familiar but I thought well might have seen her channel somewhere ) and now this video just popped up in my suggestions and kid you not I actually started to cry. I started this workout 4-5 weeks ago daily, and slowly rising the reps. Its definitely working!! But i also try to control my diet. I eat 3 meals a day (regular meal), not skipping breakfast, drink more water and try to cut off empty calories and oils. My tummy feels different than when i only restrict my diet. Its flatter each week✨ i think it gets stronger little by little
Aight, I paired this with a Vicky Justiz Ab workout and my waist shrunk 2inches in 12 days. Totally recommend, but you still have to watch what you eat. I also recommend doing the exercises 2-3 times a day for a quicker result. Good luck slim thicc queens❤️

Jennifer Salgado I did it for about 2 and a half weeks and then i had to go on vacation so i stopped after that. But in the 2 1/2 weeks i saw no difference sadly :/ Im gonna try to start this again but do it for the entire month.
It's more fun with motivation and you're really having fun while doing it. After wards you feel like a monster( in a good way). Listen to a music that's loud ( Recommend dubste)

Working out is like my least favorite thing in the world so there is nothing that would make it "fun" i dont even know how its possible for something to horrible to be "fun" You're lucky if you can actual make that happen. I wish i could.

A big difference, it gotten less bloated and more flatter, simly by doing this home workout and eating less meat more veggies and fruits,
and you should be drinking more water as you can, replace your soda with green tea,

Actually eating more meat that has fat in it helps you lose fat by building up hormones to burn fat even if you're not working out... It's all about building the right hormones to eithe even fat or build muscle

I want to share my experience. I'm restarting my fitness journey right now after two years with almost no fitness routine because of my hectic work schedule and studies.
But some years back, when I was very active and fit, doing cardio mostly, I noticed I had a droopy belly....there was almost no fat but seemed like the abs muscle were loose or something.
I started this 5 minute routine, twice daily, morning and evening and after two weeks, my abs were tightened, from top to bottom.
I could put on my sundresses and would get so many compliments and questions on how to achieve that.
The routine became once daily, then at least 3 times a week.
But I should also say that this is a maintenance routine, if you stop it for a whole week, it will take another two weeks for the results to kick in again.
So, as far as I can say, this routine is for those with a small belly to hide, or droopy one like mine was. But you need to remain consistent.
I'm very grateful for Johanna and constantly recommend this one to those who are looking to tighten their belly without much fuss.

This was my first workout video ever, I was 12, in 7th grade just entering the "teenage phase" and trying really hard to get hot just bec I wanted to impress this boy, I am 20 years now and I recently started doing her workouts again having no idea who she was ( the name did sound a bit familiar but I thought well might have seen her channel somewhere ) and now this video just popped up in my suggestions and kid you not I actually started to cry. The moment I realized it was HER I just started bawling my eyes out, the nostalgia GOD. I found my way back here, life is honestly funny. Look at me being emotional over a workout video lol
