How to Lose Your Love Handles for Women

- Let's workout together and burn those love handles off.
This is a simple and easy to follow workout suitable for everyone.
For best result, do 2 - 3 sets for each exercise, do this entire workout 2 - 3 times per week, swim for 30 - 40mins 3 times per week, and you'll definitely see the difference in 6 weeks time. Don't forget to eat clean, healthy and fresh!

Thank you Joanna:) I met my goal to fit into my prom dress by doing your video 3-4x a week and eat clean I noticed an amazing difference within 3-6 weeks totally worth the results thank you again :)

+Rimsha Syed yes this routine worked. I promise you, you're not wasting your time by doing this but you have to eat clean (along with cheat days of course). You can't just do this workout and eat a mcchicken after that and this you'll get a slim waist/love handles overnight. All that fatting food you eat are stored in your love handles' region. Takes patience (approx. 2 months to notice a difference) and eating properly. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and water. Good luck :)

i first started working out with this, kickboxing, and weightlifting when boys at my school said i looked like an eggplant, i was 180 pounds, now 4 months later i now weigh 140 pounds and one of those boys tried to ask me out.... but i said "sorry this eggplant, knows her worth." 😊

So, I did this video and your 5 minute flat sexy abs video for the first time today. From just watching through it I didn't expect myself to sweat so much when I actually went through the workout! After supper, I jokingly lifted up the hem of my top and asked my husband if he noticed any differences and his eyes grew huge and he couldn't believe the change from just one workout! Definitely going to incorporate your videos into my daily workout routine! :)
The obliques are an area a lot of women struggle with. There are a lot of exercise ideas in this video.

I used to do the workouts of this video every other day for a few months and I would sweating after time, then after a year I began to do them again for the first time and I was dripping in sweat again
One thing to keep in mind while doing workout with dumbell is that it should not hurt your legs, arms, shoulders and back because if any one of the body part gets hurt with dumbells then the pain can be unbearable. I am saying this with experience. While working on the first day with dumbell. The 5 pound dumbell fell on my toes and it really caused me a shooting pain. It damaged my leg bones and I was forced to wear a medical tape on leg for 2-3 months.
This workout really works :D after 3 sessions of this I could see a major difference, but sadly instead of swimming I do running instead. :D
***** I'm sensitive to chlorine so I can swim is there any other cardio exercise that helps get rid of love handles?

I had tried this before, but I never really stuck to it. I gave it another shot today, and holy smokes was I sweating! I finished about 10 minutes ago, and my heart is still pounding. Lol. Only difference is that I ran/ jogged a mile before I started this workout. It's really great for keeping your heart rate up. 💪
so proud of myself for finishing the video with little rest as possible. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a pool. So, I'll speed walk on the treadmill for 1/2 hour! Thank you Joanna!

HI Joanna :) after several months of inactivity & binge eating, I'm restarting my workout-routine with you, my favorite fitness-motivation and workout-channel. This is one of the workouts which works best for me, as I'm an O-shape. Also this is a workout which is really knee friendly and I can finish it without problems - can only recommend it for others with knee aches. its alright a lot of people cant do simple things some people never had a bike or in your case learn to swim no shame just get a friend with a pool and learn yourself its a really active activity that works on your legs and arms
I cant swim either and im 22 yrs old so too embarrassed to go for lessons now..
Even worse when you forget how to swim after having swimming lessons as a kid
I can't ride a bike and im 13 :/

I just finally realized that I needed to get rid of my "love handles." I thought they were a good thing but nope! Need to burn some fat there xD
I haven't started the video get but I'm really excited and look forward to it just trying to build up my strength to be for like you. I'm not used to let work outs so yeah. I am used to planking, push-ups, the butterly for some strange reading my legs go all the way touching a flare surface I think cuz my legs are flexible or something like that. I can't swim well and I can't leave the house on my own, because my mom is over protective of me since I'm a "girl". So yeah what else can I do to help?

thanks Joanna, all your workouts are really working. My 'love handle' is really much but i believe if i follo these moves it will clear but my concern is that i had a baby through surgery, it's been two months now but i don't know if i wpuld be putting my incision at risk with these moves.

Hey Joanna, I am a swimmer, I'm in 9th grade, I have been swimming since i was 6 years old and currently i practice 5 or 6 times a week for a total of 11 hours of swim practice a week. I've been doing this workout every other day for almost four weeks and working with a physical trainer once a week as well. I've noticed that my abs are getting very strong but i can't seem to burn the fat that I want to. I've been on a very healthy diet with less unnatural sugar and less unhealthy carbs. Do you think I'm doing something wrong? What suggestions do you have?? +Joanna Soh (sorry to bother you, i just need suggestions)
Make sure you are in a calorie deficit, otherwise your hardwork will be for nothing and the fat will stay there

Hey Joanna!! So i tried your video for the first time today and i honestly have to say... it had sweating like crazy! I didnt feel it work right away. Or so i tgougjt but as i went along with my day i was a teeny bit sore and thats a good thing? To me that's a sign of it working(: and i cant wait to keep doing this. I work out every morning so adding this is alot of help.

I love your workouts I felt I was getting over weight so I looked up your videos which a friend gave me!! What do I do if a have a small pool? I think its only like 10 feet across and I always have to turn And what it I only did the workout for 2 hours on the weekend? would I still see results even small ones in weeks?
