  • Many people struggle to open their hearts. Opening your heart is key to living a joyful, fulling life. An open heart is also the way to health physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I discuss reasons your heart may not be open, and some ideas to help you open your heart. I also do a small exercise to help you to try and open your heart more.     I would never think of anything of this being crazy. But I hear so many going into their true selves kind of excusing this one most important revelation of life, with 'you might think its crazy', when its the most sane thing to do. ❤

      It’s just how we’ve been programmed, to believe none of this is true or real, but it’s actually the most real stuff. The crazy, woo woo stuff is the most real stuff in my life!

    Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!❤ just what I needed, been struggling with opening my heart especially during Dr Joe’s meditations. You hit it on the nail for me when you said it may feel like there’s something missing… can’t explain it but that’s how I feel all the time, it’s like something’s holding me back from feeling pure love in my heart. Will practice the meditation you showed, and am hopeful that the ‘wall’, if there is one around my heart, will come down. So grateful for your explanation!😍

    Beautiful Cheryl ! Love your teachings and humility . It's moving to hear your process around self-love, it has been and still is a journey for me also. I must say i am more and more loving to myself. Love your knowledge of the colors and music notes and the meditation. As a therapist i think if i distill my work in to it's simplest expression is helping people open their hearts and learn to love themselves and other's again. Thank you for your videos !

    Miss Chery you saved and Changed my life 😭, I'm in tears I always do the meditation, and I'm so happy sometimes, because I'm just a kid with a closed heart, always feel like a robot just everything around me is just over and over happening like I feel like I have passion, but now...     it's been a long journey. I remember when I was just a teen. I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror. I didn't know how ashamed I felt for who I thought I was. so for me it gradually happened... it feels true when I look in the mirror...I love you I really really love you.       I wonder why the teen years are so hard for all of us. Why can’t we keep that child spirit inside us always? I guess maybe outside influences? I remember as a kid I could care less about what others thought, so I had no negative self image. By high school, I was so shy because I was not confident and thought others would think I’m weird. So it was just best to avoid people to avoid rejection. (Or what I thought)

      I guess so! Outside influences. I'm in my early fifties and I have a better self-image now than I ever did. However, the self-concept keeps creeping up on me sometimes. but now I know its part of life@@saltyseven 😅😀😘

    Wow! This was super helpful! Thanks so much Cheryl! I’ve had little moments of feeling unconditional love during Joes meditations (some of them at the retreat in Denver we were just at) and every time I sob uncontrollably. It’s so beautiful and I believe it’s our natural state of being.
    But I feel like day-to-day my heart is closed, and sometimes after having these moments of unconditional love, or a slight opening of the heart, I feel intense panic and fear. I guess that shows that in some way I have closed my heart as a ‘protection mechanism’ and/or that I feel unworthy to feel that love. I love the idea of mirror work and asking the wall to come down, and will defo give that a go! Do you have any other recommendations for this kind of fear hangover 🤣🤣? 🙏

      I’ve had such a hard time unlocking the “ last bit “ of self love… I love everything around me ( from family to the universe), along with an abundance of gratitude everyday yet I still have the hardest time unlocking that last moment of self love… it’ll come.. just need to self forgive I think for things that brought me guilt yet I had no control over..

    Hey mam...2days ago I am diagnosed with hasimotos ...but my thyroid hormones are with in the limits...and tpo level is slightly higher than tha normal range ...and I have all the symptoms I couldn't sleep..is it curable by joe dispenza meditation work....I am running out of money and...can you suggest any way to cure my illness .. because I am 24 years old boy...and I have to take care of my family.plz

      I am not familiar with the cosmos breath. The more I look into breathwork though, the more I realize a lot of has the same purpose, just different techniques.

    I have been doing mediations by Dr joe since last year but diving deep into breath work now.
    I started doing Soma breathwork and now I have this headache.Did you experience this ever?

      Some say headaches are not normal, but I’ve talked to many who get them. I used to get them at first too. I don’t know if I was doing it wrong, or it was just me “working out” my brain and pineal gland.

    Self talk, change it into loving thoughts until the old ones die off, (old personality dies, ego dies slowly, and your true self, love, is embodied) Dr.Dispenza also talks about it here: ruclips.net/video/DSnH1zUAITY/видео.html (by the way listenting to the old self thoughts is not a fun thing hahah like you said, it can say things like "I hate you", etc Just remember is only thoughts, and choose new loving ones ad infinitum, and when yoou get to feel good is way easier to do positive re-minding, so put some fun music and dance if it helps, then do some loving affirmations, I think Dispenza also said it as "you have to feel an elevated emotion to be able to change your mind)

    What is the feeling of whole or oneness like. How to imagin unified field. Is the black space and unified field same?

      That is hard to describe. You really have to kind of look for wholeness and imagine it. Eventually you will find it and feel it.
      The void, blackness, nothing, etc is all the same. Just use your imagination on what you think it’s like. Some people imagine it like the movie the matrix. I describe it a little in my video on how to tune into the blackness.

    thanks for this great video fortunately my heart already opened up to me
    a big thing for me always is to talk to it like a loved one, you can see it as a child with such pure intention but also incredibly wisdom, than at least for me it opens up really quickly
    and I have one question I already wrote a comment about this under another video
    I am really struggling to believe that every thing "bad" happening is my fault because I attracted it. it just doesn't make sense to me.I mean good and bad are relativ and I don't want to run through live making everything my fault that is happening to me . For example if my grandmother would die it would be my fault because I attracted it I just don't understand it 😅 .And I also thought that it would make a difference between creating with an elevated Emotion and an clear intention instead of for example fear and a fearful thought
    and in becoming supernatural dr.joe says that the higher our energy level the higher our awareness the more influence we have on matter
    I thought when we live in survival we don't have a very magnetic energy field and our thoughts are incoherent so how can we create ?😂
    I just don't want to accept that
    and it would be such great help if someone could help me to raise my awareness
    I would be so grateful for an answer and it would be an amazing help for me

      Thanks for the advice about treating your heart as a child or baby! I’m going to try that!
      As fir the manifesting bad things. It really has to do with the energy you give off is what you receive. We’ve noticed in our life now that we are less negative, everything around us seems less negative. I think when you raise your vibration very high, you can get things quicker. If you vibrate high, you desire wonderful things and recurve wonderful things. If you vibrate low, you receive those lower things back. Now sometimes in life to wake us up, some things might happen that we see as negative, but that’s the ebb and flow Ying and Yang. Sometimes to get the good, something bad might happen. As fir other people’s lives, we are all entangled, but the death of a loved one, we never know if that was for them or for us. That’s a deep question. But I don’t believe you manifest bad things happening to other people. I’m sure there are a ton of other opinions out there about this topic. I can’t really answer you completely.

      @@saltyseven Thank you it still helped a lot the universe is crazy 😂 and I don’t think we will ever really get l am just trying to avoid the mistake to see me as the center of the world because there are still 8 billion outher people on this planet
      But of course if we are negative if we take all the time from other people ,people will tend to be negative towards us too and they will not give us much
      And one the other side if we give unconditional with pure intention not with to goal to get people to like us more 😂 the world will give back unconditional

    I had my heart closed next to a person I don’t love while having feelings for someone else. I felt dead inside and I forgot who I’m and whom I was before that so I missed love of my life because of that.

      Don’t look at it as a lost opportunity. Look at it as a lesson. What do you want to change inside of you? Do you still want that person? Manifest it. Do you want to find someone you can have those same feels for? Manifest it. Everything we go through in life helps teach us and makes us stronger. Don’t ever look as anything in life as a missed opportunity. Once you dive more into the work, you will understand that better and you will also learn that our opportunities are actually endless!!

    when you say "think of somthing that make you smile" dr Joe face appear in my mind next time if someone say this to me one of my faoverite smile activator is you and your husband talking, this is very big smile.
    I have different view on forcing smile, if someone is on very bad mood or negative thought and can't escape from it. The way to leave it is forcing smile even your mind don't get along with it together with lift your hands up like the winner of Olympics running gesture after run through finish line.
    when do this, bad mood or nagative thought gone.
    You also can do it while try to think negative or bad things, it appear that you can't. No negative thinking or feeling can slip in to the mind on happy geature of body although it forced or fake action
    this is also apply to opposite gesture and thinking like make angry fece and try to think positive and happy.
    the brain doesn't know the signal form the body which is real or which is fake
    yes, dancing and uplifting music are great. what you telling and what i describe above make me figure it out what happened on my latest walking meditation.
    while walking i don't feel much good, distraction thinking occassionally hit me but somehow don't know what bring me try to dance with the song (it's walking med. 5), at first it like someone force me to dance with no willing, later i feel better and better as i move more and more, then it flow freely, tear of joy come after that not for long.
    just now i already know that if i can't feel or get stuggle on the walking again, what should i do

      Wow, thank you. Very good advice. I was testing out what you were saying about smiling and making an angry face. You are right. Sometimes I guess we need to push ourselves to be happy (or smile) and the mind and body will follow.
