      Crystal is amazing! You are so lucky! I have been using her belly dancing technique since I watched her video a couple weeks ago! It's amazing and I've been meditating one to two times a day! I feel absolutely amazing and happy and eager to get out of bed in the morning! Life is beautiful when you learn how to live the right way and love yourself! 😁💕

      Is there somewhere I can find a guided Peneal gland breathwork video or guide anywhere? I am newly all into Dr. Joes work. I am trying to help my daughter heal her bipolar with meditations I have purchased. And books. And audibles. And online course I hope to be able to purchase.

      @@missmandee4733 Hi I saw a video from salty seven I believe the RUclips channel is called it was about how to do the breath work for Dr Joe. Plus Dr. Joe has a new breath work video that just came at the beginning of January I am not proficient at this either but I am trying to learn hence me watching this video lol.. I wish you all the luck in learning the breath and I myself have just discovered Dr. Joe’s work never been to an event yet. I am turning 60 in February but I will some day I KNOW IT WILL HAPPEN..lol Have a wonderful day.

    How many contractions should you do?
    How long do you hold your breath?
    What's the best way to release the breath?
    How many breaths should you do in a session per day? Or for how long? 5, 10, 30 minutes?
    When is the best time of the day to do this??
    There's so little information about this. Please help! 🙏

    Chicka Dee I am a vocalist and this video incorporates diaphragm exercises too! The contracting in micro contractions is such a big wake up along with the breath work to my stamina! Thank you love your energy.❤

    Hi Crystal! I attended the Dallas Advanced Workshop, too! As a visual learner - I love this, thank you! I have been attempting to create videos around preparing for the workshop and my own experience - but I am still feeling a little "wonky" after returning home. Have you? The meditations are helping but with "eyes wide open" and letting go of the old self in survival mode is real work! Not good or bad! Just work. Anyway, seeing this video was very refreshing and created real tangibility. Subscribing! Thank you 🙏

    When you get to the top you'll feel a little flushed. Hold this for a moment and then release and repeat. If you use some meditation music you can maintain a rhythm. It helps.

    Thank you for the explanation.. The hardest thing for me is the slow inspiration, at the same time as the contraction of the muscles... I inhale faster than each contraction, suddenly when I arrive at the level of the heart can inspire more.

    My mentor introduced me to Joe.
    I’m now at that stage where I’m ready learn / experience the joinder of the two energies.
    In the gospel of Thomas, Christ spoke about making the two into one.
    What I have learned in my academic study is that we are turning the body into more of a bipolar magnet which is/ are two sides of a SINGLE field.
    Which reminds me about what Christ had said.
    I hope I receive more clarity on this during my experience. Thank you for sharing!

    Hi, thnx for the example you privide, keep in mind when you are pushing, or better yet, moving the fluid up and down the spinal cord, since it is charged it is producting that all important energy field (electronics engineer here :) ). That which intertwines with the present moment (source, quantum etc), from where all things/events/etc emerge and can be created to appear in our 3D "life".
    I am grateful that I ran into your chanel, I have been wondering the how to do some of this stuff. I understand, each one of us is different but at the least your approach provides me with a real good idea of how to get it going. That I know of, I have not had the experiencing of reaching that present moment. Heck, who knows maybe I have and cause of my logical thinking brain I just miss it. However, I am patient ... and it has brought me great things, like your channel.

    I've been doing this breath for 2&1/2 months and my energy is strong I can feel it all around my body like I'm standing in a breeze but lately my energy seems to be stuck in the lower chakra areas! But when I can get it flowing I easily feel it! I've been trying to find out how to get the energy to flow upwards with no blockages!
