I haven’t thought about it till you brought it up. Looking at the dark space above my eyes, when I would wake up I would lay in bed with my eyes slightly open, pictures would flash across that dark screen as I will call it, though to rapid to get a lasting impression, but amazing.

Sit comfortably with your back straight, breathe in through your nose for a count of four and out through your mouth for a count of six. The out breath longer than the in breath will slow your heart rate enough for you to sense some calmness. Concentrate on the path of the air. If outer thoughts come in, which they will, allow them to pass like a cloud going by and return to watching the path of the air. Honestly, if you will follow The School of Breath, you will attain the relaxation and calm you seek. Namaste

Day 1… I astral projected after doing this.. I visited other versions of loved ones.. I woke up feeling very rested although I’ve must’ve been asleep for only a couple of hours. My body and consciousness feels different

Is it expanding, and filling with air? If I am pulling my diaphragm upward with the inhale, I assume that is sucking in? thank you. I practice the techinque - I breath from my root chackra till the pineal gland and breath out out of third eye (pineal gland). Can I include it into your technique? I mean - when you say "observe your breathing" but sumultaneously you must focus on third eye, how can you do that in the same time? May be I can do the tech I described?

There are lots of meditation video's who have the commercials in the beginning and at the end. Here the commercials are in the middle. So during the breathwork. And that is really annoying and distracting.
I've complained to you tube about this and they said its not the creator that decides if and when the ads the start its when RUclips decides. And if u pay the monthly fee you don't have to deal with them.fyi I was told if the video doesn't have that many views the less likely we are to see ads.
@@tarafaulkner I use it every day and am looking for another video that has the same content. Every day I have to get out of my meditation to click away the ad, twice. So it does not work for me. Which is too bad, this way I can not get in as deep as I would want. I do know the creator can contact yt and explain it is a meditation , so they will not put the ads in during. Other creators can do that.

I have been watching your video and this practice almost every day for three weeks. The one or two days I missed I did the technique on my own in a shorter version to not break the progress. Thank you kindly sir for this video instruction of breath working. Much appreciated. May I ask you, what is the bailey doing when Exhale is taking place through nostrils? Is it expanding, and filling with air? If I am pulling my diaphragm upward with the inhale, I assume that is sucking in? Which would lead me to believe that the root lock is taking place at that time of breath hold. Then as I exhale through nostril my belly would then naturally expand correct? Thank you for your time. thank you. I practice the techinque - I breath from my root chackra till the pineal gland and breath out out of third eye (pineal gland). Can I include it into your technique? I mean - when you say "observe your breathing" but sumultaneously you must focus on third eye, how can you do that in the same time? May be I can do the tech I described?

I love the video!❤ I use it every day. Only thing annoying me is the commercials during the video. Can you turn the off?
You have to pay RUclips a monthly fee to not get commercials!
There are lots of meditation video's who have the commercials in the beginning and at the end. Here the commercials are in the middle. So during the breathwork. And that is really annoying and distracting.
I've complained to you tube about this and they said its not the creator that decides if and when the ads the start its when RUclips decides. And if u pay the monthly fee you don't have to deal with them.fyi I was told if the video doesn't have that many views the less likely we are to see ads.
@@tarafaulkner I use it every day and am looking for another video that has the same content. Every day I have to get out of my meditation to click away the ad, twice. So it does not work for me. Which is too bad, this way I can not get in as deep as I would want.
I do know the creator can contact yt and explain it is a meditation , so they will not put the ads in during. Other creators can do that.
It’s only $18 plus it includes a streaming ad free music similar to apple. So worth it.
