Is it okay to do the breath while lying down? I find it difficult to do the squeazing while sitting. Secondly - squeazing is easy to do while the body is empty / exhaled. Is there any benefit to using that method from time-to-time? Any thoughts anyone? TY!

Could you please tell me what to do when Dr. Joe says imagine the 'space between'. For eg imagine the dpace between temples, between eyes, chin etc. I am unsure what to focus , real space or just dark void ?

Crystal thank you very much. I've been trying this forever and haven't succeeded in doing it very well your videos wonderful. My question is how many times should you do this . And how do you know if you've done it correctly do you have to have some sort of reaction . Is it harmful to try it over and over and should you?
