Stephani, this is incredible, not only for design and execution, but also for exceptional step by step explanations. Pace was also great! Thanks, this helped me a lot with our project.
Amazing video! I watch a lot of this type of videos but you're the first person to show every single step so clearly and record everything. It makes a huge difference! Keep up the good work!
My wife and I now make it a habit to watch your videos together. She finally agrees there's no excuse why she cant do projects as such. Basic tools no fancy expensive setups and best of all no burly looking guys! Win win!
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! Love it that you show your drawing plan, the hardware used, the tools used, how materials go together. Overall, love the details. Keep going with your projects!!
That's the nicest pantry I've ever seen, great job with your projects, you know how to make the best of any area, you are very knowledgeable when it comes to home improvements and organizing initiatives, I appreciate your time and video's, thanks for sharing your knowledge and hard work, I am really learning about how to make the best of any situation/ location/ small places, thanks again,
I watched this video shortly after you had posted it and I used the steps you showed to make the cabinet base and install the cabinets and it looks so great in my pantry! Thank you so much for sharing this
Great job. One thought though, is I would suggest filling the holes, texturing the wall, and painting the wall before installing the shelves. You may have to do touch up after but that’s much easier than doing all the finish work in the pantry. Another thing is pre paint the shelves and cabinets outside then touch up as needed. Again great job it turned out nice. You have inspired me to do something with the wire shelving in my pantry.......
THANK YOU for explaining what to do if something is not level. No one EVER does that... in every other video I've ever watched, everyone's projects are just magically level, and mine rarely are.
I am amazed at how much you get done with so few tools. Your vision and talent already exceed that of most builders grade carpenters. You are definitely ready to build a workbench, paint buckets only get you so far.
Oh man, tape! I am doing the exact same project right now and our pantry is just HUGE!! It had wire racks for days and literally 166 of those holes. I don't know why I didn't use tape as well. It was a lock of compound and sanding but I know it will be worth it. Great job!!
Thank you so much for this video. I did this to my pantry and love the result. I added an 100 year old door that I stripped to finish it off. Love your videos, next project is the master closet build.
Good job, it looks real nice! Some observations: save and reuse the trim that was removed at the beginning; it’s easier to fill, sand and paint drywall before installing anything else; smooth caulk with a wet or damp finger; on cutting miters, especially large ones like these shelves and counters, cut one, “dry fit” into position, then mark and cut the second one to fit - in most modern homes are built, the walls, etc, are rarely really square or straight. Again, nice work, it looks great and you’ve gained some experience!
Thank you for showing how to do this. I feel I can tackle small diy projects but with your channel maybe I can do a bit more! Thanks for showing me how! Keep up the good work! I will be sure to check in to see what your up to!
Very nice work. Your attention to detail is remarkable.. all projects look easy until we tackle them.. and then we realize how much time and effort are needed to get a beautiful end result...awesome job
You are so amazing! I am watching this video in a hotel room evacuated from my home in Oregon. Watching this video was a great distraction for me and very inspiring! Thank you for putting out such great content!
This is exactly what my new party looks like and I hate the wire racks, the developers just won’t walk away from it I guess! Glad I found your video because am definitely redoing mine. Thank you 😘
I’ll be tackling my pantry over the next two weeks during my winter break. I have all of my lumber for framing pieces and shelf tops, I hope, I sourced them from local home improvement salvage shops. The shelving I purchased only cost me $0.25 a board and I bought 22, so $5.50. And all of my 2x2s were about $1 each. I’ve been playing this video on repeat for the past few weeks. Making sure I catch every detail. My pantry has 3 usable walls for me to attach shelves. The previous owners installed 18” deep wire shelves along the back wall and not the entire length of the back wall. My new shelves will be on the shallow side. 12” deep for the two lower shelves and 10” deep for the uppers. So it will be C shaped since the middle wall is the longest along the back and there will be shelves to the right and left of the entry way. The space measures 36”x71”, and standard 8 ft tall walls. The wall to the left is a stair wall so the ceiling starts to slope at about the 4’ mark from the floor. So I’ll need to account for how high the shelves would go on that side and if I’ll want to do a bunch of mitre cuts and what that would entail. Just waiting to clock out for the holiday so I can get started. I’ve already begun prepping by laying out the boards and getting placement figured out. I’m excited!!
This came out so Beautiful!! I just started working on a walkin closet under my stairs, I have no clue what I'm doing & not having all the tools idk how I'm gonna do it...but you have given me motivation & inspiration! Thank you for sharing this! 💞
All I can say is WoW! I just found you and I am glad I did. Love all your videos and I appreciate the extra time you take to explain each step. You are awesome..... I plan to put picture frame molding in my home and love your video explaining each step. You have inspired me. Thank you so much for sharing and God bless.
Stefani this was AMAZING! I watched the entire thing and I’m so glad you post these videos as tutorials! I know how much work it is to not only do the project but then film it- so great job!! Also, the paint texture spray was genius!
Unbelievable. Most guys' woodworking channels have every single jig and table imaginable for every project. And, here is this beast of a lady showing them up, imo. Thanks for sharing. Your video gives me a lot of confidence to venture out on my own projects. 👍
When she started to explain "then I did this, and then I did that", I was thinking, "well, you mean the person you hired did that." And holy moly was I wrong. That must be some ingrained misogyny I have cause did she not freaking build the whole thing herself and it looks AMAZING. So impressed and humbled. It's crazy how you can call yourself a feminist and then still be surprised on some deep rooted assumptions. Awesome video, and beautiful work!
Great job! It the bottom of the wall there is a 2X4 on all modern construction. If you angle your screws at the bottom of the cabinet mounts you should hit solid lumber.
Wow - this is so amazing. So glad this showed up in my recommendations. Maybe I will do this to my pantry. I just need a bunch of tools, an eye for design & detail, some crazy skill, and a lot more patience... no problem. I really admire people who can build things. It's a real talent. New subscriber!
Excellent work. I wish wire shelves would disappear all together. Gone! Great job blending in the cabinets with the molding. Looks professional and definitely adds value to your home.
hands down the best DIY pantry shelves ive seen. Your detailed video and narration almost makes me feel like I can do this too! can't wait to give it a try! Thank you so much!
Gorgeous! I've always really liked the thick floating shelf look! And your handwriting is flawless--I'm jealous! Caulking the seams is a nice professional touch.
I am sooooo following this for my pantry. Very similar in dimensions! And I found you on IG! I’m doubly happy now. Video is saved for my reference. Thank you!
Wow, you did a fantastic job. Just one or two questions. One, did you sand in between the coats of poly on the countertop over the cupboards? Two, how was the well deserved Weiss beer? You truly will have the most wonderful home on your block when all is said and done. Your builder should take a look and incorporate some of your ideas into the homes they are building. Thank you for sharing. Stay safe.
Absolutely amazing! How impressive to have done that yourself. Your pantry shape is exactly like mine and I want to have this done also. Thanks for sharing.
I’m curious for an update on how the shelves held up under the weight. I built floating shelves using the same method/idea, for my kids’ room, and they started to sag a bit holding books
This really turned out nice. My favorite feature is actually your pantry door. I am looking at making a frosted glass door for my pantry...one of many projects in my todo list.
Wow!!! I am impressed! I love your work! All the process is amazing! Congratulations!! Your skills combined with creativity, gives this amazing ending!! Good job girl!! 👏👏
Just stumbled upon some of your videos. You do pretty good work, but there is one thing I would change. It would be so much easier to fill in the screw holes, sand, texture, etc., before you put in all your shelving, that stuff just gets in the way IMO. Anyway, great job, looks good.
I really enjoyed this video....I have watched many pantry remodels to help me with mine and get ideas. Love the way you did the shelves and colors. Thx
I'm a You Tube DIYer and I'm currently in the process of following this pantry make over. Your instructions are great and easy to follow. It has taken me more than a weekend to complete but it's looking awesome, wish I knew how to add pics to this comment. Thank you for the video. Anyone watching? You can do this.
Finally someone who just used regular basic tools! Awesome job!
I love it when women build and do awesome stuff. Fab job!
My favorite was when you smoothly pick up the brad nailer with your foot! A true pro.
Your work is as humble as you are. This is by far the most do-able , beautiful and has everthing that we were looking for.
Yeah the shelves were good too.
I’m exhausted...this woman’s got mad, crazy skills. 🛠⚒

Mad respect. Can't get over what good quality your work is.
This work is junk. .
I think this is by far the best project. I love the attention to detail to ensure everything looked perfect.
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! Love it that you show your drawing plan, the hardware used, the tools used, how materials go together. Overall, love the details. Keep going with your projects!!

You did a great job! It is great seeing a young lady in there doing these kind of projects! Again, great work!!
i like how you do planning before starting the work, it shows you are well organizing
I watched this video shortly after you had posted it and I used the steps you showed to make the cabinet base and install the cabinets and it looks so great in my pantry! Thank you so much for sharing this

I'm with this guy, I had the same thought. Would have been easier to prep the wall, cabinets and such beforehand. But it turned out great regardless!
We are grateful for your inspiration and example for the pantry that we will make for the kitchen of our newly purchased home.
I just completed my pantry renovation using this video. Thank you so much.
Talk about perfect. This is exACTly what I needed today. Wife wants a pantry and this was the exactly setup I needed. Thank you!
I’ve watched a lot of your videos. Your style and build are exceptional! It’s stylish yet it’s doable by an average person. Thank you!! 🙏🏼
Oh man, tape! I am doing the exact same project right now and our pantry is just HUGE!! It had wire racks for days and literally 166 of those holes. I don't know why I didn't use tape as well. It was a lock of compound and sanding but I know it will be worth it. Great job!!
What an amazing makeover! Our pantry looks much like what you started with, I plan on using your design. Thank you so very much.
Thank you for watching!

Thank you so much for this video. I did this to my pantry and love the result. I added an 100 year old door that I stripped to finish it off. Love your videos, next project is the master closet build.
I dont know if you’ll read this Stefani, but I want you to know you are my DIFY muse...and I love you!! Thank you for the inspiring works!
Oh, plus - I love the music & how detailed you are with what you use and where to get it! Perfect!!!

You did an excellent job. I can't imagine all of this work and STILL trying to film and edit this project. Great job!

I LOVE that you taped your paper up in there while you were working! Genius! I’m going to do that for my projects too 😍
Girl you are so talented. Also thank you for always showing the materials you use, they really help me when I build something.
I’ve been planing to do this to my pantry so I’m so excited that I found a vid of someone do it with a pantry the same size as mine
I love pantries & this one has it alll! The glass door!! Wood shelves!!! Lower cabinets and wood countertops. It is GORGEOUS!!!!!!
Well done lady!!!
This is exactly what my new party looks like and I hate the wire racks, the developers just won’t walk away from it I guess! Glad I found your video because am definitely redoing mine. Thank you 😘
Does your husband just sit back in complete awe as the rest of us watching your amazing woodworking talent?!?!
Gender equality... men can now seat back and make sandwiches.
@@memedoable the sandwich won't be as good
Same thing i am wondering.. its like she does all the hard work herself🤨🤔
He seems to be a lucky man! Hope he realizes it. :)
Husband may be busy in the office work..
I like how your project is done so clean all the time!
Fantastic job! This is going to be one of the first projects I tackle in my new home. This gave me tons of inspiration. Thanks!

Went from a junkyard to a high end functional pantry. Good work.
This is so well thought out, laid out, and presented. Thank you for sharing.
Stefani, you are a genius! You’re probably the best DIYer out there!
It would also be awesome if you remodel your laundry room. I’d love to see it.
