    I've been eating Turkish Omlette for ages and I did not know it was Turkish ! Now I know...it's delicious ( and it can be supplemented with some other vegies like , onion, green paper or a variety of capsicum.)

      HA Channel only if you want to peel the skin off. I've seen variations of this dish and some don't peel the tomatoes.

      Out here in Wyoming, we have farmers who eat lots of butter everyday. Also lots of fatty milk and cheese. Those old guys work hard and live well into their 90s! They never eat at restaurants and almost always eat home-cooked, buttery meals.

      Butter is fine (I mean, not a tub a day, but a few tablespoons) it’s that fake margarine garbage that’ll kill you.

      You can add onion with peppers if you want. Generally i prefer eat this omelette without onion for breakfast. However, I prefer eating menemen with onion at lunch

      Rashmi kumari did you mean vegan, I.E no eggs, meats or dairy? If so, you can substitute the eggs with chickpea(hummus)flour.

    What do you mean you don't want to mix the ground black pepper with the salt on different hand. One hand or two hands, there is no really difference, they'll be both mixed together. I really don't understand the logic there. Will you explain it to me?
