Hi Emri Did you add 1 tablespoon of sumac after the pinch of sugar? Thank you for a well explained recipe
How much beans did you cook in this recipe please, 1 or 2 cans? Thank you,
Nice video. Thanks for showing us how to prepare this food.
I’ve used your recipe for almost 4 years now . Perfect lentil soup ! Came back to your Chanel to say thank you !
The background music is annoying.
Can malt barley syrup be used instead of molasses?
This is from morocco not a turkish recip
omg best recept everrrrrrrr
Hocam, kusura bakmayın ama, you don’t ‘roast’ things in a pot, you can sauté/fry them. Roasting involves hot air heat like in an oven, roasted chicken, roast beef, falan. Küçük bir İngilizce ders. 😊 Elinize sağlık, yapacağım bunu.
Thank you so much 😊
Great job! Looks yummy
this is the best video to make mercimek corbasi, thank you so much
Thanks emre this is mercimek soup delicious
I made this for Ramadan- very nice. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.🙏
Yummy
I was making this per the instructions with 250g of white and 250g of wheat flour using my scale. Added the 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup water (plus other ingredients mentioned) and my dough was way sticky!! Almost soupy. I just kept adding more white flour until it was kneadable. Did I do something wrong or are the measurements off?
MashAllah Emre
1 cup rice = 200 grams and 375 ml chicken stock correct?

Way you gone emere you should show the world about turkish food ,
Very nice ideea
Afeit yorsun 😍
Hello. I have subscribed to your channel. I was in Turkey when I first tried your sandwiches, they are so good and so tasty cause of the tasty turkish sausage and the turkish chees!
Why you aren't active in this channel?😭
Hey emre, I want to thank you for this recepy. I always have this Turkish soup in a Turkish restaurant here in the Netherlands and it’s so good!! I just had to make it myself so thank you I’ll start tomorrow straight away brother 💪🏼 you’re the best
I tried this at home. Unbelievably easy and delicious. Becoming a fan of Turkish cuisine 💌
In South Africa we make this. It's called soeji. We add raisins and almonds. Lots of butter or ghee, sugar milk/cream egss as well. But I just had an idea - make it caramel flavor by cooking sugar with butter til caramel color and flavor.
Emre what is that term for olive oil, garlic, onion, tomato and pepper paste...? You said the English term is "watery food".
Great video, Thank you
Excellent 👍
Absolutely right I have learned this by mother same as ur description about If u don't remove cream the upper layer of boiled milk ur yogurt ll be 👍 N use of wooden spatula for all sweet dishes is excellent N onlr one forth part of yogurt is enough to make excellent taste of yogurt rather then large amount
Give brief description of pepper paste
Recipe detail is very well explained Absolutely 👍
I enjoyed your video. Please add how to do the toppings that are served in restaurants. And also the severing # would be good to know.
Love how good you speak english 👍🏽👏
Get rid of the music. It does not enhance the video.
What happened to this video??? You can’t hear anything from music?
Lovely recipe! How many people can this quantity serve?
Love the soup! But too much talking…
In your video how long would that jar of tomatoes last (I presume you'd have to stick it in the fridge) thanks
You didn't mention the name of the last dinner place?
Would love a recipe from scratch with live bacterias 😋
Lovely and unique in some sense.
Emre, thank you very much for your quality videos! 👍🏻 InshAllah, I will cook your rich recipe tomorrow morning.
Emre, you make a very interesting channel! Thank you very much! Wish you inspiration and success!
Emre, is it possible to add cream in the soup, instead of cooking bechamel?
Emre, thank you very much for your sincere recipe of traditional Turkish soup! We cooked it today! 👍🏻
I made this recipe yesterday, I like your method of cooking the meat first then adding the onion and other ingredients after. Took me a while to fry the eggplans and the zuchinnies, think I’ll bake them next time to save time. The final result was great, it’s very delicious.
