Super Easy Chicken Stock

1 KG CHICKEN CARCASS
2 LT WATER
1 LARGE ONION
1 LARGE CARROT
1 CLOVE CARLIC
1 CELERY STOLK
2 LEEKS
6-7 BLACK PEPPER SEEDS
1 TBSP ROCK SALT

I make home made chicken soup and can it for my family . Your chicken stock is same as mine just not leeks .
