You can nock tune if you're wanting the arrows to react the same. If you are doing a 3 fletch, it is recommended to have the cock(odd vane) on the stiff side. You don't nock tune with aluminum arrows. Fletching weight can change the spine of the arrow, it makes the arrow stiffer. It won't be such a big deal as adding 225 grains upfront with the 125 grain point and a 100 grain insert. AAE vanes tend to be heavier than standard Bohning blazer vanes, but feathers weigh practically nothing.
