Great stuff. Is there a good reason why he shouldn't reduce poundage a little until strength training improves those issues? Might have to weaken arrow spine as a result. Heavier points? Which need replacing anyway?
How many sets should you be aiming to do with the bow training? Or simply is it a case of how many can I do in whatever time I have, say an hour a day?
